Green curry with chicken

Always love this little restaurant. I've only eaten there for lunch but it's always got freshly prepared food that hits the spot. I've only had to wait 20+ minutes for food one time when we had a group of 8 and the rest of the restaurant was full. The rest of the time the food is out within 10 mins of ordering

The food is so good. These noodles are so delicious and tender. The cabbage broccoli and carrots care al dente. Thevtofu is crispy. Just like I like it.

Dessert. A black rice with coconut milk sauce.

The service is excellent. They are anticipatory and there when you need something without hovering. Note the dining area is small, it's a small place in a strip mall behind the town 'n Country shopping center. They have a lot of choices on the menu and everything we got was well made and tasty. One of my party of three is vegan, and there was enough variety to please him. Sadly, any pictures I took where halfway through the meal, as we tore into everything right away. No pics of the crab rangoon at all. There were 5 pieces. This was my first visit. I had heard good things about it which proved true. I'll definitely be back.

Green Curry, extra sauce

I recently discovered how much I love Thai Curry! I've been trying different places around Dayton and so far of the ones I've tried this is by far the best. My boyfriend really enjoyed the Pad Thai too. I ordered carryout, but the restaurant was cozy and cute! I would definitely eat in next time. The service was very attentive and warm too! Looking forward to ordering from here again.

I was in the area and couldn't resist picking up some Thai food from a restaurant I hadn't tried yet. Glad it was takeout since there is zero atmosphere here and almost has the look of a chain inside- eek. (But it's not.) No alcohol served. A couple reviews from 2020 say it's BYOB, not sure if that's the case. Anyway, not a date night destination by any means. The counter was very big and appeared to be the starting point. I got the impression you'd order there if dining in and they bring it out, though I don't know that for sure. I saw a mask-wearing person from the kitchen bring food out. My takeout was handled by a very nice trainee who was cheerful and helpful. But, food. We brought home three dishes: Pork Pad Thai. Five stars. Such complex flavors that came together beautifully. Meat had excellent texture and there was a perfect amount of crunchy ground peanuts. It came with a lime wedge that enhanced the taste delightfully. (Usually I've seen lemon with this dish.) It was perfect. Vegetable Thai Fried Rice. While the requested 3 of 4 spice level was just what I wanted, it really didn't have a lot of flavor. Just heat. I actually added soy sauce. Didn't care for the inclusion of tomatoes. Green Curry Chicken. Superb. Rich, nutty, perfectly hot-sweet with lots of veggies including eggplant, and plenty of bamboo. Meat was tender and generous. Sticky white rice was great. I chose spice level 3 (out of 4, with 4 being "Thai Spicy" which speaks for itself). Level 3 was really hot, especially the curry. I'm thinking next time I'd ask for 2 1/2 if they could arrange that. This restaurant is pretty far from me so will probably not be back anytime soon, but will update if I do.

Pad See Ew

The Tom Kah soup is outstanding. Today I had the Pad See Ew which was fabulous. Service is courteous quick. It can get busy during lunch so make sure you get there early. Very reasonably priced

Possibly my new favorite Thai place in Dayton! The sampler is a great way to try all the favorite apps. Hot tea is jasmine with a lemon slice; plus a pot of water. Very floral and tasty. Pad Thai was delicious; definitely on the authentic side with fish sauce you can taste. Mild spice in this was not noticeable. But the mango curry was the star of the show. So sweet, savory, and delicious. We got mild spice in this too and it was pretty spicy, as to be expected in a red curry. The space is modern, and was almost full when we walked in in a Wednesday night. The staff are friendly and boxed up our leftovers for us. We'll definitely be back!

They have great food and very friendly service. Thai iced coffee and tea are great! It's not noticeable in the shopping center they're at, but it's actually better that way since parking is easy.

These guys have a sign on the door that they are closed for a well-deserved vacation from July 21 until July 31, 2025.

Do they still let you BYOB?

No I do not think so since they now serve wine and specialty beers.

Don't let the terrible I mean terrible service scare you away. The food will blow you away…read more We walked in no one in the parking lot and was wondering why since the reviews are really good. We were Also the only ones in the restaurant. Anyways she was really rude and didn't greet us, we got 0 refills and was not checked on the entire time dining in. So I am assuming that is why it could have been empty at 6pm. Worse service we have ever seen and we go out to eat often. We will try it one more time hoping for better service since the food was amazing but if the lady is working again and has a chip on her shoulder we will not go back no matter how good the food was. I hope the owner sees this and quickly trainers her. Now for the good part the food 10/10 and the prices were really good as well. Presentation was not pretty but we don't care about that. 1. Thia fried rice yes I know you see the picture and it looks so bland but it is far from being bland so many great flavors that will keep you going back for more. 2. Drunkin noodles the noodle texture was so nice thick rice noodles and the sauce was the perfect amount of sweet and salty 3. Tom yum noodle soup is my go to when I am ordering Thia. This one was pretty good, I do recommend getting a spice level since I didn't order it with any. It was a bit sweet. But still pretty good. 4. Fish cakes and the chicken dumplins they were ok but wouldn't order again. The inside was very clean and nicely decorated with plenty of seating and parking outside.

Thai Street Noodles is about a five minute drive with lots of parking in a "Mom and Pop" very neat Thai restaurant. Always a great greeting, and although our mission is Kee Mow, the menu must be consulted because my wife frequently changes her mind.... Excellent service in this small authentic Thai restaurant. Let's order: Steamed dumplings, veggie spring rolls, chicken Tom Yum soup, Kee Mow, roasted duck curry with rice, and sticky rice with mango. We cannot possible consume all of this food, and the server prepares the surplus togo. We both prefer spicy; spicy is a variable on a continuum - we elect 3 of 4 in spiciness (synonyms: spice, spicery. types: bite, pungency, raciness, sharpness. a strong odor or taste property. nip, piquance, piquancy, piquantness, tang, tanginess, zest....) Always a great dining experience, and we recommend. The tariff is appropriate for the fare.

It's a lot bigger inside than I thought it appeared outside. The decor was cute. She always gets panang curry-it's her favorite. I got the pad kee mao (Drunken Noodles), my usual first dish for a Thai place. My noodles were thinner than what I usually get but I really liked it. My dish also had a great balance of vegetables and protein. I appreciated the spice level reflecting the 4/5 I requested. I was a bit concerned about this because the server reiterated the 5 scale when I ordered. My sister thought her curry was a bit spicy for her requested "1" spice level but not far enough out there to be an issue. Service was efficient and we never ran out of water-especially important with the spicy food! Portions and price were good-I ate all of mine but really shouldn't have, and with tip, spent ~$40 altogether. We didn't get drinks or an appetizer. I visit the area often enough and am looking forward to returning to try other dishes on the menu. Hopefully we will have a larger group to split an order of Dayton Rolls. It was hard to pass on these.

In fact, it felt a little rushed with our empty dishes whisked away and our bill brought out without asking if we would like anything else. There weren't people waiting and it wasn't crowded so there was no reason to turn over our table so quickly. Thai 9 is a large restaurant with several dining rooms which helps some with noise but it's pretty loud, especially with servers clunking dishes around. The dining room could use some sort of sound dampening. Our sushi was pretty good but the spicy tuna was less spicy that we expected. I would order it again for sure though. The chicken satay was moist and very tasty, will get that again as well.

In addition one of the woman clearing tables smelled like B.O. and heavy fragrance. She didn't have on a uniform and was wearing a tiny jacket which might explain the combo of smells. Avoid. A really bad dining experience that could have been mitigated with patience and actually listening during ordering process. Edit: The managers name is actually *Cody. Not sure why he lied about it. Real jerk. I'm all for neurodivergent people being employed but Jeff/Cody got combative and followed me outside the restaurant. Not a safe space.
