Thank you Yelp for taking us to this delicious Chinese Japanese Restaurant. The lunch menu was great so much to choose from and the prices were very reasonable. I enjoyed my garlic shrimp with fried rice,vegetables , and egg roll. My husband really enjoyed his general chows chicken. Our waitress was friendly and our lunches came out so quickly. I have always liked this place. They have great food and it is very convenient to get to. You don't need to watch Learn Chinese Fast videos on Youtube to make your order. The staff speaks English better than many customers, to be honest. I like the ambiance because it is nice and dark - very cozy. I usually get a Happy Family or some sushi, depending on my mood. I'm craving sushi now. read more

Honestly hated Chinese food before CJ Chans! The customer service is amazing and they are really generous with the portion sizes! My friend from Terminix put me on CJ Chans! Honestly will be coming back ASAP! Brandon is a really good worker and is super good with orders and speaks great English! Classic (Americanized) Asian, can't go wrong with their lo mein, fried rice, crab rangoons, sweet n sour chicken, or general tso's. General tso's tofu is a really good meatless option if you're vegetarian. Decent sushi rolls as well. Nothing fancy but above average compared to other places nearby. Yay for being the only restaurant offering hotpot in the area! We were the ONLY people dining here at prime dinner time, but I saw a lot of people come in and out for take out. The waitress was extremely nice! They do not offer the hotpot bowls that are split to get two soup bases so I asked if I could get .5 spiciness (regularly 1-5 levels). I ordered an extra side of enoki which wasn't on the menu... But the mushrooms that came out were actually white shimeji. I hardly think that's worth docking any stars over though. I wish they had a lot more standard veggie options like watercress or chrysanthemum though. My boyfriend got the kung pao chicken which he enjoyed. Subsequently, I had to eat almost all of the hotpot myself which was definitely a challenge. Although, thinking about it now, it's actually a one person portion. read more

A varied menu with lunch specials. My wife had the garlic shrimp with fried rice, vegetables and egg roll. I had the General Tso's chicken which was very good! Our waitress was friendly and the was not a long wait at all once we ordered. I do wish they would open a restaurant near us as we do not have many good Chinese restaurants in Palm Beach County. read more

I really enjoy the food at CJ Chan. They serve sushi but I feel like they excel in Chinese. The restaurant is clean and tidy. Service is quick. The only reason I took off a star in my review is because they aren't the best when it comes to meal modifications in take out orders. They will say that they can modify the meal (such as taking out onions) but there might be some miscommunication between front of staff and the kitchen as often the requested modifications weren't made when we got our food. read more

Veggie spring rolls (4 ) crab Rangoon (2 because they're oddly sweet and sugary and not savory) I also got shrimp and snow peas (3 bland bland bland) Beef and broccoli (3 it was edible. A few years ago I gave this place 5 stars... we were regulars here...over this past year this place has done a big time nose dive, the food isn't prepared as well, the portions have changed, and the last two times we carried out, the food was cold when we got it home...and I waited on it while they cooked it!!!!!! read more

Used to love CJ CHAN but the last 3 or 4 carryouts have been progressively worse. This time my moo goo gai pan was like salty warm water with expired mushrooms and four pieces of chicken in it. Food was okay. I got the shrimp tempura roll and the pink lady I just didn't feel like they tasted amazing. My boyfriend got the shrimp gyoza and was not a fan. He did say he really enjoyed his dish. Discovered they have another menu with traditional food--you won't be disappointed! I got the braised beef tenderloin soup with udon noodles. Beef was a great cut to bring out the flavor in the broth. Just know there will be a decent amount of fat, but it's good eating! Broth very flavorful. Plenty of bok choy, also has cabbage and onions. Noodles were spot on. Overall delicious for $12 (extra dollar for the udon vs other noodles). I will definitely be back here for the traditional menu. read more

Here is a little non descript business in a strip mall. Nothing makes it stand out and be noticed. Yelp barely acknowledged it when I was looking for a restaurant. But I got the sign when I was driving by and stopped. Not sure what I was getting into walking up. But once I opened the door. The place was beautiful inside, fresh, colorful, tastefully decorated. Staff addressed me quickly. Order the sushi lunch special. Came with soup and salad. It was reasonable quick. The only complaint I thought the sushi could had been just a little cooler. Always amazing Chinese food and Sushi for an affordable price!! Their daily specials are amazing. I eat in as well as get carry out and have had nothing but a great experience! The staff is efficient as well as courteous with consistently positive attitudes. Dining in, the sushi presentation is beautiful including colorful lights and decor off to the side. Wednesday and Thursday are my favorite Sushi "Roll[s] of the Day." The Pink Lady and Red Devil rolls are where it's at! And don't forget to grab an order of Shumai! Just okay. Don't expect to get your food super quick. Nothing special about the miso soup or salad...its just basic. I had the Chicken Terriyaki and a shrimp tempura roll...again just minimal with not a ton of flavor or much to brag about. I wouldn't make this my go to place. We had heard amazing things about this place. Ordered take out. Wonton soup. Roast pork and Chinese veggies. Let's start with the soup that had wontons from the night before and looked like pee. I've never seen soup that yellow before in my life. It was horrible. The pork was disgusting. Covered in this nasty brown sauce and dry (it felt like it was microwaved) Honestly. The owners should be ashamed to even think of serving this kind of food and hope that people don't complain. read more

Great food and quick delivery using DoorDash each time! We ordered for dinner the other night and everything was great. This was a disappointment. I drove with my whole family to get this because they hadn't ate there in a couple years and wanted me to try it. We live out of town and wanted a family night out for dinner. But to my surprise when we got there they were not allowing dine in, even though they had space for it. All the chairs were up on tables. My family had dined in before so they were really confused. Due to this we went to troll pub and had a great dinner! Don't waste you're time if you want to dine in. read more

My son had recently returned from a Japanese Restaurant in New York, and we visited for Japanese selections, which were fine. Limited buffet items; however, large Asian dining population was encouraging. Sushi and sashimi are freshly prepared on-site with limited choices. Too few soups. Fresh oysters have NO taste. Some food borders on bland.
