The salon itself is so cute! The decor is very glamorous and well done. Rina did a great job on assessing my cracked nails and explaining what we needed to do to repair them. I've been coming here for sugaring and I've had such a great experience every time! I believe Rina has been the one that's been sugaring me; she's very down to earth and easy to talk to. I got my eyebrows sugared by Rina and lemme tell you, she is absolutely a LIFE SAVER. My eyebrows are naturally uneven, and it got more uneven when I waxed it the first time at a random nail salon when I was 14. Now that I'm 19, I am still struggling with it being uneven and it makes me self-conscious about it everyday. Everytime I get a wax, which is every 2 months, I always switch esthetician's because I was not satisfied with their ability to try and even out my brows. In turn, they just made it worse! Up until I met Rina, I am perfectly satisfied as she was able to even them out like they never were able to before! She is incredible! Now it is 100x easier for me to fill in my brows and not spend over half an hour shaping them so that they match. Not only did I get my brows done, I also seen Jazmyn to get a dermaplane. The entire time she was very gentle. My experience overall was top-notch and relaxing. She made sure to get every single area on my face and that I was comfortable the entire time. The dermaplaning also comes with a neck/arm/chest massage and it was one of the best parts. After the appointment, my skin felt so smooth and flawless. It also felt so clean and lighter. I did not realize my true skin tone until after all the muck and build up of makeup & dirt was removed. My skin now has a nice, natural glow. It doesn't look oily and greasy anymore! My review is based on a 1 time experience. But my lash tech (who is the owner of the company) Rina, deserves to be recognized. I've been getting lash extensions for over 2 years now, from established companies in southern California, and companies here in Hawaii. So I know the whole process, the rules of lash application, what to expect as a client, and the maintenance how-to. For all the negative reviews I've read on this company based off of lash extension services, sound like they hadn't received service from Rina, or their after care wasn't done properly. (Not to bash any other yelp reviewers, just stating opinion) I was impressed by the outcome of my lashes. Yes a few did fall out within 48 hours but nothing to complain about due to the amount of lashes she had applied. It was so full that a lash or two fall out was nothing. She gave me the exact look I asked for and at a price that wasn't unreasonable. I will definitely be coming back, and it would be safe to say she has my steady business when it comes to extensions. My lashes are full, longest length and D curl, exactly what I wanted. And they are very light! It doesn't feel weighted down or heavy at all. I like to keep my lashes dry for at least 48-72 hours (just personal preference) and it has never failed me. *heads up* This location is somewhat hidden, and you can't quite see it from the street so drive slow and stay in your farthest left lane. And look for a pink building! I passed it on accident the first time around and had to loop back so keep your eyes open ! Got my lashes done before I left for my trip on 10/5. I got them done on 10/1 and by 10/3 most of the lashes had fallen off. the glue also got into my eye during my appointment and caused my eyes to get a little red and raw. I didn't think much of it at the time but it got worse as the night went on. (My left eye mostly!) I was really worried that I would have an eye infection right before my trip. The redness went away before I left so it wasn't that bad. I posted the photos with a date and time stamp to confirm what happened. I was seriously in shock when I saw the lashes all over my face. it may just be me and maybe lashes just don't work with my eyes so take this review as obviously one persons not so fun experience. It also took about 1.5hrs to get these done and yes they were a lot cheaper than most places. They also have such a good IG feed and Yelp reviews on their lashes it was worth trying again since they also had a new worker. I'm honestly going just stop trying to use lash extensions because again, this is my 2nd attempt here and both times didn't workout. It's just really convenient for me to come here since it's close to my son's school that I'm chose convenience over my prior experience. I wrote a four star on my last review but again, this is my 2nd time coming here for this. I've also had waxes done and they do a great job as well. Honestly I get my lashes done quite often and I have to say hello bombshell has been the most relaxing and kind experience I've had. Chealsea does my lashes and she's amazing!!! I am one of those who have naturally longer eye lashes and when I'm in the mood for long natural looking lashes she's the one I can count on. Sometimes I'm in the mood for more dramatic and she just sets the bar high for when I get my lashes done. She's great and I suggest her to all my friends and family. She works with my schedule and is such a great girl! There are some really great things about Hello Bombshell! And very few things that didn't feel so great to me personally. The interior is beautiful! And so clean! I loved it walking in. My boyfriend told me that his feet were really sore, and I suggested getting pedicures. I also really need to get my nails done as my Uncle's funeral is on Sunday. My boyfriend didn't really say anything to my suggestion of getting pedicures, as he has never had one before this experience. I looked on Yelp to find a more upscale salon to take him to. I saw Hello Bombshell on Yelp and saw they had great reviews and online booking. Two scores for me because I hate making appointments over the phone and this place had an almost 5 star rating. (Online booking is always a plus in my book) I setup two appointments for 2/17 @ 4:30pm, a deluxe pedi for my boyfriend, and a regular pedi and gel mani for me. I was contacted to see if I wanted to do the pedis with my boyfriend side by side and of course I did! They replied super fast and communication was no problem at all. We arrived about 10-15min early for our appointment and they took us right away. We were offered something to drink. They only have two pedi chairs. The chairs are nice and big and comfy but I couldn't really feel the pressure massage part of my chair and neither could my boyfriend on his chair. The massage chair is one of my favorite parts of getting a pedi as it gets a lot of knots out my back, this chair did not. My boyfriend's nail technician was amazing, she explained things to him and made small talk. He did say he wished she massaged his feet with more pressure, but being his first pedi, he didn't know that he could ask her to do so. My nail technician on the other hand didn't really seem too happy or want to try to make small talk at all with me. I'm not too much of a talker, but I do wish she talked a little bit with me. She also cut my some of my skin because three of my toes and it hurts more now and that's never happened to be before when getting a pedi... Otherwise everything else she during during my pedi was amazing! The foot massage was just the right pressure for me and I enjoyed it. My pedi was done before my boyfriend's, and I was moved to the mani table. I received one of the specials they had going on at the time which I believe was a gel mani with glitter or gel mani with two nail arts. It was just a regular mani, no hand massage, nothing. I went with the two nail arts, and showed my nail technician the picture on my phone of the angel wings that I wanted. Just me, but I wished she asked me why the Angel wings, because she did seem surprised (I'm guessing not too many people ask for that) that I wanted them, she did however say "cute!" Despite all of that, she did an AMAZING job doing those wings! I have tiny fingernails and damn my nails came out way better than I thought they would be! The saving grace are my fingernails! I can't help but smile every time I look down at them. I'm sure my Uncle in heaven would love them as well (he did take me to my first ever mani and pedi.) I'm hoping my nail technician was just having an off day, or maybe she doesn't like to talk and just do her job. I have off days too, so no harm. I don't think I'll be returning... I wish I had an amazing experience that I wanted it to be, but it fell a little short. I would recommend this place to others if they get my boyfriend's nail technician. Otherwise I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I've gone to see Rina twice before i gave birth and had gotten sculptured gel. I was in love with her technique and how they came out. Thin & natural looking, just how i like them. They didn't hold up as long as i wanted them to. They started lifting, but my natural nails is soft so it was expected. Plus, i wash my hands a hundred times a day. At my last visit with Rina, she remembered how fast the gel lifted before that she suggested i try a different type of gel. She takes her time and makes sure every nail is perfect. Love them. Everyone is really sweet, and the entire vibe of the salon feels home sweet home. Recently canceled an appointment because something came up, past the 12 hour mark but they were really understanding about it. Upcoming appointment with them in a few days, they are now my regular eyelash extension place use to go to beauty room in the new kapolei mall, they were good too but down fall is that it's literally an open room with a bunch of other people getting their lashes done. Only reason I stopped going there was because my last eyelash technician made me feel hideous without eyelashes. Extensions should be what they are called, an extension of you, an enhancement. Not something you clearly state to your customer you look bad without it. Still a good company but that just scarred me to the point I couldn't go back there. I really like this place! The associates are very welcoming and informative. You can easily strike a conversation with them as they do your eyebrows which I find amazing. I absolutely loooove this place! There is free parking outside which is great! I walk in and it's so inviting and very neat and clean. I only see Alyssa Chua for my fluffies eyelash extensions right now. I cannot tell you how much I love her service! She is so nice and very friendly. I have no idea how but my lashes last about 3 weeks before most of my real lashes start falling out but the lashes last so long. Each session does vary from 1.5 to 2 hours maximum so make sure you don't have anywhere to go! And I go and get them filled every 3 to 4 weeks and I feel so nice and fluffy! Always wanted to get lash Extensions but never had the time and couldn't find a good enough / not that pricey place. But I've been seeing a lot of pics from this place. Just so happened my coworkers go here too, so I said I minus well try it plus it was a good price. I booked an appointment online, and Alyssa did my extensions. I absolutely fell IN LOOOOVE with them after. I couldn't stop looking at them! I got so many compliments. I also found out my co worker & I went to the same person. My first appointment was great, it was relaxing & enjoyable. Alyssa is very professional / helpful, she asked me what I wanted and I told her I was looking for something more natural so she recommended "classic" and I LOVE them. Ever since then I've gone to her for all my refills, and it's been at least 4 times now. She's sweet & very outgoing, we talk throughout the whole session lol. She takes her time making sure everything's perfect & looks good. Before she's done she asks you if everything feels good/ nothing poking you & if she doesn't like how the Extention is she'll fix it, which is something I really admire. At least that shows she cares instead of sending you off with something ugly. She's my go to now, and the only person I'll get my lashes done. She makes things very easy for me.
