I came here for a sugaring appointment at 4:30 on a weekday. The service was so quick, I was in and out within 20 minutes! The lady who performed the service was open, kind, and funny, sharing stories that kept me distracted and laughing. I signed up for a model spot for $50 before tip, expecting the style to be at the mercy of the tech. My result was over 4 hrs to receive fluffies. I expected my service to be done by someone newer but never expected to lay in discomfort for almost 5 hrs to have scary looking lashes that were stuck to my bottom lashes. I have naturally thick and decently long lashes which is what the technician explained was the reason for my long appt. When the supervising technician came in to check in my lashes she told my tech that she was glueing lashes to my skin. Now I'm not new to lash extensions, I've received them regularly for a couple years before taking a year off from them. Therefore, I know how to care for them such as brushing and avoiding oil cleansers. They are bunching and falling out in clumps constantly. My eyelashes look terrible and it's been less than a week. I understand I got a "deal" for $50 but I wouldn't have even received them for free if I knew I'd have to endure hours to receive these lashes that poke me when I close my eyes too hard. read more

Their salon is very very well kept and from the looks of it, practices very sanitary techniques. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. This review is for the caring and talented Alyssa... I've been coming to her for a few months and she is the best; she is sweet and always has a sense of humor! I used to do classic lashes which are beautiful but I decided to play with my lashes and don't have as many so now have opted for the fluffies because they are fuller and I absolutely love them! My lashes make me feel like I can leave the house just after waking up without makeup and it just makes me feel so pretty! This has been very important too me especially with my busy schedule that requires me too wake up early. During the process, you sleep in a comfortable bed with a warm blanket and listen to calming music. It has been a week since I got my lashes done and they are still beautiful. She really takes her time and the quality always shows. Will be going to get fills next week from Alyssa. I got stuck at another appointment before I was supposed to be at Hello Bombshell and they were so understanding and sweet about me being 20 minutes late to my appointment which I really appreciate and didn't expect at all! My tech was very sweet and we had good conversation which was helpful to distract from the discomfort. My only complaint is that it wasn't as finished as it probably should be. I've never gotten sugared in Hawaii but everywhere else I've gotten it done will go in and twease what's left over after the sugaring. It also took a little bit longer than I'm used to and my tech didn't seem super confident at first but eventually figured it out as she went along. Overall the experience was great and they were so nice and the process was easy, but I might see if I can find somewhere else that does a more completed job next time. read more

After so many months of debating, I finally decided to get lash extensions when I saw pictures of Alyssa's work on Instagram. I was a bit nervous since it was my first time getting them done and I didn't know what to expect, but Alyssa is so sweet and answered all of my many questions. This five star review is for Albee. She is a total nail goddess, and my go-to for cutesy Pinterest style nails! I've gone to her on three occasions, once for an acrylic extension full set, once for a gel extension set, and again today for a removal of my gel extensions and a plain gel polish set on my natural nails. Each time, her work came out beautiful. She really does her best to match every picture I show her. Also, a little side note, I love how this salon does sculptured extensions instead of using nail tips like other salons! They're a bit more pricey, but well worth the extra dollars because they are more sturdy from my experience. UPDATE: Went back today for another gel extension full set since the start of Spring semester lead me to go back to my awful nail biting habit. Albee exceeded my expectations yet again.
