Jason arrived on the scheduled day ON TIME and let me tell you, he set my mind at ease immediately by explaining what he was going to do and why. He showed me a short video of a unit that had been neglected to the point of barely functioning. Even though I don't use my unit often, I want it to function properly and appreciate the importance of good maintenance. When you have a stranger in your home for four hours or more, it is helpful that they are friendly and courteous and Jason was all of that, plus professional and COMPETENT. I had a very concerning experience with one of this company's drivers today on the freeway in…read moreHonolulu. I saw a man riding a motorcycle when the driver of one of the company trucks was driving aggressively and recklessly. He repeatedly cut in front of him, appeared to intentionally try to force him out the lane, and twice accelerated in a way that caused heavy diesel exhaust/smoke to come directly toward him blinding everyone on freeway! The driver appeared to be japanese or filipino and have long hair and a mustache dark complexion . This behavior was extremely dangerous, especially toward a motorcyclist who has very little protection on the road. Professional company vehicles represent the businesses they work for, and drivers should be held to a higher safety standard. No rider or driver should have to fear being pushed into an unsafe situation on the freeway. He responded right away, and was able to make it to my house just a few hours later. I had to go to work, so he had me send him a photo of the location of the valve and took care of everything without me even having to be there. So convenient, reasonably priced, and my kitchen sink is draining beautifully. He even diagnosed the issue for me, letting me know that I needed to raise the drain pipe under my house, and advising that I hire a handyman or do it myself since he could do it for me, but I probably didn't want to pay a plumber's hourly rate for something so simple. Honest and helpful. What more could you ask for?
