They arrived EXACTLY at the time they said, they were friendly, efficient, and ultra-professional. They installed the new unit next to the existing one, and they match PERFECTLY, the wiring and tubing was done through the attic and it looks much better than we ever could have imagined. Awesome company! We had to replace our old split AC unit and install a new one in another bedroom. The guys working were knowledgeable and did a great job. They even made sure all their work would be HOA approved before they got started. They ran new electrical and new drainage for the new unit. Also, they were super fast at working and getting it done. Which we appreciated tremendously because it was HOT. Now the kids have AC upstairs and we are incredibly grateful. They are sleeping better and my baby can nap in her crib! Yay!! T & S Air Conditioning does exceptional work! I found them for my employer on a last minute repair last year and no one was available to repair my bosses AC that was blowing hot air a week prior to even calling someone to repair it. Prior to me being employed my company was using another (a bunch of headaches) AC companies and they always had a 2 week lead time. Having a female boss with no AC is no joke. lol. Any who, I searched on Yelp and found them, I called and they came out same day and got to work on the flawless repair. I honestly dont recall if it was that day or the next that they had it fixed, it was the compressor or something that they had to change. Ever since that day, we've called for emergency services, and were pleased with the service and now we have them for quartly cleaning. Personally if I had AC at my hale I would use them. They're crew always has a smile on their face, a cool crew for sure! We've never had a call unanswered, or an email not replied back within 24 hours. BTW they also cleaned our huge ice machine, and I've never seen an ice machine cleaned from top to bottom like how they cleaned it. Amazing guys and amazing work. I'm not sure if the reviews before me are for the same business. My experience was the exact opposite. I purchased my home in Pearl City about 6 months ago. It was way too hot in the day so I decided to get split AC. I spoke with 3 different AC places and T and S came in right in the ball park. The reason I went with them is because they are the only ones that showed up on time and were very informative. They did the job in one day, I went to work and by the time I got home my house was cold. It was perfect. One of the guys "Freddy" was there to walk me through how to use the units correctly, how to clean the filters (which is very easy) and he even helped me throw away cement pieces that were left in my backyard.
