I had read reviews of several companies prior to selecting Tradewinds Cooling but I'm so pleased that I selected them to do the job. I was quoted a price up front and told how long the job would take so that there would be no surprises. Jason arrived on the scheduled day ON TIME and let me tell you, he set my mind at ease immediately by explaining what he was going to do and why. He showed me a short video of a unit that had been neglected to the point of barely functioning. Even though I don't use my unit often, I want it to function properly and appreciate the importance of good maintenance. When you have a stranger in your home for four hours or more, it is helpful that they are friendly and courteous and Jason was all of that, plus professional and COMPETENT. The owner, Ellison, called me to ensure that everything went well and thanked me for my business. I received exceptional customer service. I am extremely happy with the services of Tradewinds Cooling and do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for HVAC repair, maintenance or even a full replacement if necessary.
