Our A/C in our office went down over the weekend, and it was determined that the replacement part would take a week to get in from our management. However, we had a full schedule of patients to serve and had to keep our staff from having heat exhaustion. We were in a pickle. I called another big player, and got no response after like 5 calls. Ryan from HI Portable Air picked up immediately, shot me over a quote within minutes. Once I approved the quote at around 2pm, he said that he could have the units over THAT SAME DAY by 9pm. I was completely floored. Never seen anything like that in my life. Anything HVAC-related in Hawaii, you're lucky if they can see you the same month. The 1.5 ton units came on schedule and were expertly installed. We could not be more grateful. Thank you so much for helping us out on such short notice. You guys are awesome!

Two man operation...if no one answers just leave a message. Day of appt..Bronson confirmed appt day before and gave me a call half hour ahead to say hes running one time. Bronson showed up on time, answered my questions and went right to work. Each unit took about 1 hr. Time depends on how dirty blower wheels are. Pricing very reasonable compared to other companies. He came out and spent 20 min looking at the system that was built with the house in 1999. He was very straight with me. He could help the system and do little tricks but it would maybe buys us a little time only. Better to suck it up and replace it. The good news? He could replace it with a more efficient system. The bad news? It was gonna take my stimulus for a family of 5 and then some. But it's Ewa. So you basically need air con to no die. He drafted me 4 options by the next day. It was done in two or three more days. His team was hard working and friendly. I recommended him to someone else that same day. He followed up a few days later and made adjustments. It save me money the first two billing cycles and then we got spoiled by how efficiently it was working and kept leaving it on 24/7. So that HECO bill is on us lol. Love this company!

However I had to work on Thursday so I told Matt to squeeze me in if any appt opens up. Yep lucky me. Matt called today and had an hour slot. Matt and Ken showed up, within an hour they unclogged my pipes and sprayed a cleaner thingy. Highly recommend...in and out..professional..clean..
