Chayden from Kung Fu Air Service confirmed for me that the old system was leaking coolant and that it would not make sense to continue to service it. Once I decided to install a new system, I really appreciated that they were able to perform the installation within just a few days. Chayden wanted to make sure I would get the new unit installed as fast as possible, and arranged to come super early on the morning of the installation, to accommodate an appointment I had later that afternoon. Chayden and his associate were very courteous and professional, and I really appreciated their energy and hustle, and can-do attitude. Out of all the yelp and google reviews this one stood out to me. I inquired to get a quote and received a call same day to go over pricing. The call was the perfect balance of inquiry, salesman ship but most importantly true aloha spirit. I got other quotes all similar in pricing but didn't have the same experience I did with my initial quote call. Because of the customer experience I chose this company. I reached out to inquire about scheduling an install and the hard part was done for me, this company truly made the whole process seem less.
