We initially hired somebody else to fix our AC in our commercial unit, but they just did the diagnostics (charged us the diagnostic fee of $199) and disappeared without telling me what was actually wrong with the AC. Our Carrier ductless split AC system wasnt working for some reason, and with this summer heat, even nights became unbearable. I reached out to DJ and he came out as soon as he could, walked us through what caused the mishap and fixed the problem. We knew our unit needed a coil cleaning BAD. He showed us the layers and layers of caked up dust on the blower wheel and by the time it was done, it blew strong and cold again! Cool summer nights are here to stay. New AC installed over a door frame by a handyman started leaking water after 3 months. Significantly damaged the door underneath and handyman said a custom drain was needed to be built. DJ and coworker to the rescue! DJ quickly saw: it was the wrong type of AC to be installed, it was not installed level, and the AC drain plug over the door frame was missing. They leveled the AC, plugged the hole, installed a new drain tube, and poured 1.5 glasses of water into the AC to ensure the AC was draining properly. They did quick work at a reasonable price.
