I called up APB and got a same day appointment. Trent showed up promptly. He pressurized the system and within 30 minutes found the leak in the indoor evaporator coil. He was very informative. APB will charge $200 for the service call, whereas the other company quoted me up to $970 to do the same task.

Looked on Yelp and decided to call AirEsthetic. We spoke with Spencer and he came over to our home right away and was so knowledgeable and really listened and understood our concerns. Some of the split ACs were so bad since purchasing our house I didn't even want to turn them on as the smell was horrible. One had so much Gecko poop yuck lol. They were installed around 2012 and really needed to be replaced. AirEsthitics gave a reasonable quote and we decided to go with them due to the amazing customer service and knowledge. All the workers are so kind and respectful. They rerouted our 3 zone as all the old lines were going under a sliding door which we couldn't figure out why the doors couldn't close! But once they looked at it we understood why lol. The rerouting was professionally done was so impressed! All the work they did was professionally done and beautiful. Spencer found the unit we needed for our 5 ton central air which was so difficult to find but he found one on the island and contacted us right away. We were so happy! After completion it looked very nice as he had everything covered and it was neatly done!!! The job was done very quickly and efficiently. I *hate* making phone calls, but the receptionist was SUPER nice, so that immediately put me at ease. Their quote was flat rate and very reasonable so I was happy I wouldn't be guessing how much it would come to at the end. She apologized for not being able to get me in the week I called but was able to fit me in the next week - which was faster than I had expected! The technician came at the quoted time and took about an hour, which is how long they had told me on the phone. It says something about other companies on island that this is a noteworthy comment! He was very friendly and worked quickly and efficiently. He showed me the visible spots he had cleaned, but the best thing is now our AC is back to being icy cold - I had to bump it up to make it warmer! - and it smells nice and clean.
