He came and check out the problem as soon as he could, knowing that it was important to us. He gets an A+ for accessibility and responsiveness. He is also highly knowledgeable and competent in his work, explaining the situation and solution. He answered questions clearly. The range of his skills and expertise is extensive. In addition to the AC service maintenance, he cleaned three exhaust fans thoroughly when requested. He worked through the lunch hour. He is also proactive, an example - he left a new fan belt in the AC compartment in the event it is needed, and the technician could replace it without delay. He was also recommended by other residents in a chat room. This further substantiated the quality of his work and professionalism. Dale is my go-to AC technician.

The previous owners said they just recently had them serviced... which was a lie -_- When i called, Ilikea (The owner) answered and was extremely professional and set up a time to visit asap. Since I know nothing about Mini splits, I naturally had a million and two questions about this and that and blah blah blah. But Ilikea answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He even let me take video of the crap that he blasted out of my 16 month old's mini split and boy was i mind blown!!! I feel like a horrible parent for even allowing this moldy build up to happen in the first place!!! I cant believe she was breathing this stuff in while she slept!! Thank you Ilikea for educating me about home A/C systems and the bacteria / mold build up that can occur if these systems aren't kept clean. They also didn't promise to do a job, then later ghost me and never get any of the services that they promised. They did what they promised and they did it well.   I originally was planning to install 4 split A/C's by myself. However after seeing how daunting the task was I searched for help. This was the only company that was not only professional (e.g. showed up on time, actually showed up, gave a fair quote, and didn't make promises that they would not complete), but they were friendly and explained everything that they were doing.  The owner Steve was an A+ professional from everything from explaining what they would need to do to install the A/Cs, but also showing up on time, and keeping me posted on the status of the job. I had already bought my split A/Cs before I hired them, and they were willing to install them unlike most other companies that are either afraid to work on systems that they don't have a discount rapport for, or have some sort of commission deal with. One of the split A/Cs was a replacement to an original A/C that wasn't working. They switched the lines no problem without saying the job was too difficult or having to tear up my walls to do the replacement. These guys are by far the best on island. I will 100% go to the guys again for any A/C installs that I have on a future house. I wish they did solar because I would hire them for that job as well. Before using the unit we wanted to get it cleaned and serviced. I was pleased to get a positive response from AJ at "AN AC Clean" scheduling service for us. He quoted a reasonable price and we set the date and time. AJ arrived and prechecked our unit to confirm that a thorough cleaning was all we needed. He went to work and explained every step of the process. He went to the extra effort to cover our floors and furniture protecting against any possible errant water spray. There was none by the way.
