From the first site visit to the final walkthrough, everything was seamless. William managed this project very well and guided us through this process with ease. At any point if we had questions he was quick to respond. The showroom they have is great and the experience of setting your preferences on design and materials is quite enjoyable. The only hiccup we encountered is that the supplier of the original tile that had been selected did not come in the size we needed and so it wouldn't have meshed well with the current tile in the living room. William helped us find a suitable alternative and we were able to pivot and are very pleased with the outcome. There were a couple of adjustments during the project but again related to the tile, we changed the direction of the placement which allows for us to replace the remaining tile in the house in the future if we decided to do so. William and team thinking ahead with our needs in mind really provided a sense of care. To top it all off, we wanted this build done ASAP and the team was able to complete the remodel in 8 days compared to their estimate of 10 - 14. We are extremely pleased with the work and so glad we went with a business right here in Kaneohe. Thank you William, Wen, and team! Some details on the kitchen itself for those curious. - L Shaped - Soft Close Cabinets - Spice Rack left of the Range - Microwave with vent above Range - Backsplash - Recessed Lights - Pendent Lights - Island with three sides of overhang for full dining

His responsiveness, professionalism and willingness to work around our tight timeline made choosing him an easy decision. Andy and his crew did an excellent job and paid great attention to detail. We picked out our shower materials at Home Depot, and he purchased everything for us and provided receipts so we always knew exactly what we were paying for. He even drove to the other side of the island to pick up a glass panel we found on Facebook Marketplace to complete our shower! After contract signed for the work - including labor, almost everything we wanted done - which was routine replacement of what he knew we removed because he did the demo, had an excuse that was "this is the one thing I don't do" or "It's not in the bid". Seriously? We hired you for 8 weeks and you could not install a closet rod? Agreed one room would be done at a time completely finished instead so we could move tiny s around and at one point took off all the doors had no privacy even in our bathrooms not one room is completely finished but not worth the aggravation. After we agreed to a weekly payment schedule he tried to get 50 % ($23,500) up front. Thank God we did not agree and ended up stuck with results because our house is not even close to being finished. Part 2 after reading his response just now I completely forgot to mention the yelling & screaming swearing in my home with my door closed a friend could hear him over the phone asked if I was ok. I felt unsafe with this guy having meltdowns. Nothing is fabricated I don't like putting someone's business down at all, just our experience nothing is fabricated

Total bid was $47000 and stated that it included labor but we found out labor was extremely selective to what he felt like doing to include installing drawers, installing towel racks, installing a shower glass door, installing closet doors, etc. The list goes on and on. On the start day - we spent $600 to bring out a bin for the waste from the demo and he shows up; did no work - just walked around the house and left in an hour. Could have saved money and a day for more storage of debris on the demo. His bid stated he would be at work 8-2 every day. On the first actual work day - showed up and stayed until around noon and left. Did that a few times. Came up with reasons to take Fridays off - including Good Friday - everyone I know still works that day. Found out later he used mahogany on the cabinet top instead of the underlayment plywood because it was $30 cheaper per board. Needless to say this guy was a huge disappointment. I'm sure he'll argue this review like each negative review received from the posts I've read here, but it is what it is. He cursed and yelled the F word in my home when it was just my wife here - that was totally uncalled for. Broke our outdoor water faucet, left it on for hours, and it took yelling at him to get him to admit it - he fixed it and acted like it was not a big deal but it is when you're paying for the water. When some of the new cabinet doors were installed crooked - he blamed it on the manufacturer. One of our front windows was framed crooked - he fixed it but blamed it on the house. We finally parted ways with one bathroom left undone and another untouched. Unprofessional as hell. Issues just went on and on. I could go on and on but it's really not worth the time. I think you get the picture. Mahalo. Interesting how you never address the actual work done in your reply - I still have areas to paint after finishing my kitchen ceiling and texture/paint in the front bathroom. No fabrications made.

From the first meeting (with the delightful and knowledgeable Michelle), through the quote process, to installation, it was an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Late in the engagement, we discovered a significant error (my mistake), and they sprung into action to rectify it and did so in the most professional and fair way possible. We had a massive 8'x8' island that required the joining of two slabs. Their work was so flawless that we play a game with guests, asking them to find the seam -- it takes quite an effort. Finally, we're so pleased that we just hired them for our second project!

Todd Branson specializes in premium countertops, so it didn't seem like he could come down to our budget. But he just happens to have some single slabs left over from larger projects. We came to an agreement very quickly and his account manager, Michelle, was very easy to work with. Todd came to our home to personally to take measurements for cutting the slab. Todd arrived as expected right on time. He set up some very sensitive laser equipment to perform the task. He listened to our design preferences and made us aware of options such as increasing the edge height to hide the sub-countertop. Todd's measurements must have been very good because the installation only took a couple of hours. He got as much stone out of that slab as humanly possible and apologized for not having enough to make one of the seams disappear. It is the most beautiful countertop we have ever seen. And my wife and I are very house-y.

Seems like a small job but since building is 50 years old, the new doors had to be cut down to size, fiddled with until closing just right and then painted. I cant say enough good things about this company in terms of excellence, friendliness and professionalism. I will never go anywhere else for home remodel jobs.
