They are not trying to sell you more things, they are honest and respectful to their customers! Before I went there, I decided to change all of my tires and brake pads which will probably cost 7-800 dollars. After they inspected my car, they said those tires and brakes can still last for a while, no need an instant change, Unlike other shops which will ask you change everything even they are still usable! Super happy about this shop! Will visit again later! read more

This is where I go for all my tire needs. Quick and friendly service. Their prices are pretty unbeatable too. What more can you ask for.

Excellent service. Came to fix my tire because I had a nail in it and a broken tread and everything got fixed within 30 minutes. And also gave me a very good price. I highly recommend!! Also ask for Benjamin, he's very polite and takes his time to make sure your problem gets fixed correctly! Overall very satisfied read more

This shop is great. Not fancy but they do a great job on all my cars. A tire chain want $16 a lug nut and they sold me all new ones for $40.00. Very professional and fast. They warned me about a service I just had done to make sure I didn't have a surprise down the road. Thanks Hector's Tires for the great service. read more

Glad to find this place! Fast friendly service. Had a screw in my tire and they patched it for $10. I was in and out of there in less than 20 mins. Very happy customer! read more

This is my second time returning to Hector's this week due to a damaged side wall from the result of a running over a nail. My tires were also rotated by them at their Main Street location a few days ago. My tire was not repairable unfortunately, as it can be dangerous on the road if it was repaired. They offered me a used tire as a replacement and they did not up sell anything that wasn't necessary. I was going to replace two tires, but they said that it is not necessary since my car was not a four wheel drive. They got me a used Michelin tire for $30 and it still had a lot of life left on it. They have a huge inventory of new and used tires in stock. Went to class for one hour across the street and the tire was quickly installed and ready when I got back. I actually live a few blocks away from this shop which was the main reason why I chose them to work on my car. Many cars come in and out of their business, as I drive past this shop everyday. I also had previous experience with them rotating my tires. Overall nice and friendly service where they will only sell you what you need and nothing more beyond that. Highly recommend to anyone at UCR looking to get their flats fixed or to get tires installed. read more

If your in the area defiantly swing by here friendly workers, great price I payed 240$ for 4 brand new tires and 50 bucks for an alinement total 330$ I don't know where else I could get a deal, while waiting I was talking to another customer who had gone there a couple times for either used tires which were about 20$ or just even fixing a patch from something as simple as a nail. A bang for your buck if you ask me. read more

Heard a hissing sound when I got out of my car. That's when I noticed a nail in my tire. Did a quick Yelp search and found this place. They repaired my tire in minutes and the price was great. Looks like I found a new tire spot. Definitely would recommend this place. read more

These guys are a joke. I came in to have a tire patched. Hector has 2 kids working on my car (like 15 and 12) I knew where the hole was on my tire very visible (close to the wheel wall) the kid puts a jack under my car and start jacking and I hear a fall crunch noise... I tell the kid to stop... he relocates the jack and puts another jack on the same exact spot where it was crunched and tells me it's okay. I was not born yesterday little boy. You guys are lucky it's under my car because most customers would of went ape crazy on you guys.... the kid takes my tire off to tell me that it's not patch able because where the hole is and I tell him: "you had to take my tire off to tell me it's not patch able?" Then the kid cranks my lug nuts on my tire sound like they're about to snap and I tell them "look I don't want no problems, just give me back my car" I went here because you guys had decent reviews on yelp... never come here people your wasting your time read more

A guy named Ary and I'm not sure what the other guy's name was helped me. They were super nice and quick about changing my tire. I paid $55 for a brand new tire due to my flat. I've also heard from friends paying about 30ish for a used tire. I'm super happy with their service. There were no customers there but it just made the service much faster! I got everything done within 10 minutes! Definitely will recommend to other friends who would need tire services. read more

thankfully weith the assistance of a quick yelp search i found this shop that was nearby after I had noticed the noise of part of my tire tread ripping off and constantly hitting my fender as I was driving. luckily my tire was still inflated/drivable to get me to the location. quickly inquired about 2 used tires for my 17's (stock scion tc wheels) and they were more than happy to help. charged me $30/ tire installed no extra fees or anything paid $60 cash and went on my way. Fast quick and easy service. read more

No complaints. I've gone here twice for flat tires over the last four years. Friendly staff, affordable and super quick.

Recently came in to get some used tires. They were dirt cheap and in good condition. Asked for a quote on a CV axle replacement. Price with labor ended up being what other shops wanted just for the part. Replaced this morning and my car is running smooth. Thank you Berto. read more

I called around for availability of the tire size in used condition....i need to get my VW Bus back on the road! The employees at Hectors tires totally helped me to get my Bus back on the road! I will definitely keep these guys on my go-to tire shop for next time. Price quoted over the phone was the same when i got there. They even check to make sure there are no leaks by submerging the wheel under water. So no worries about losing air because of a prior leak! Thank you guys. read more

My tire went flat hours after I dropped my husband off at the airport. I'm not the one to do car maintenance so I was in a bit of a panic. I called my grandson who told me to take it to Hector's . When I called, the voice was so reassuring telling me to "drive it slowly" to his shop and he would take care of it.. I Did and They Did! Ruben kept me company the whole time with pleasant conversation, laughter and smiles And the cost of the tire was lowest around. Thanks Guys !!! This grandmama will be back... read more

Most honest place out there!! Marcos is the BEST ! I'll be a customer for life . Thank you guys!

I normally don't leave a bunch of reviews but this time I felt compelled to. I work about a mile from here and when I got off, one of my tires was flat. Apparently, I had ran over a big nail and it completely flattened my tire. I googled tire shops nearby and saw all the good reviews so I stopped by Hector's. They were very busy (around 5pm) but they were hustling and got me in and out in about 25 minutes. They only charge a marginal $10 to patch the tire. This was not how I envisioned my day going but they made it a whole lot better. Their reputation precedes them! read more

I got a bolt stuck in my tire and looked up the closet tire shop. I pulled up to the shop at 6:55 PM and they had absolutely no problem fixing my issue despite closing at 7:00. They inserted a plug and checked all of my tire pressures within 5 minutes. I was charged $7 (paid $10 including tip). I would definitely recommend this tire shop. It was fast, friendly, and affordable. read more

If you want parts of your car stolen then this is the place for you. Took my car here for an alignment and after noticed a part on my tire missing. Went back to the location to question it as I've had the car for over three years and parts just don't fall off or walk away. No explanation. That's interesting... won't do business with again.. read more

I got a great price on my tires, but what was best of all is the great service they offered me thanks guys!

Hector sells tires at a cheap prices saying they will last for many many miles but it isn't true. My front tires are showing signs that should have take much longer. He is alignment job is okay at best. He aligned first and then rotated the tires. Ideally it should have been the other way round. To every question you ask him he says yes. read more

I have a couple of friends at the University who goes here for some quick fixes, whether it's to replace a tire that's permanently damaged or to plug a tire. I personally swung by the other day to remove a nail from my tire. A man by the name of Ary helped me out. He charged me a very excellent price to plug the tire (not patch) with that beef jerky looking thing. He was quick, courteous and nice. I would recommend going here for: Used tires, quick fixes. Prices are unbeatable! read more

One of my tires had a small leak, so I went there because it is near campus. Their service is really good. No long wait! Good price! They didn't try to sell me anything, they just fixed the problem for me because it's a small problem. They also have some cool tire chairs! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
