Amazing donuts good coffee and nice friendly staff! They have a nice area to eat, watch some tv and relax. I have met a lot of nice and interesting folks while dining in. This place is a diamond in the rough and if you like donuts you will like Heavenly donuts. read more

Last night my friends and I went to Heavenly Doughnuts and got a heavenly dozen. The doughnuts were okay, not the best I've had, and decently priced. However the reason for this bad review is the cashier who was rude and unhelpful. We asked him what the heavenly dozen had in it and he mumbled, "just the regular doughnuts." What the heck does that even mean? Then he acted like it was terribly inconvenient to replace a jelly doughnut with a different kind. Not impressed. read more

I have come in a few times they did mess up on my order and ended up just giving us the right donuts no questions asked service is fast and the donuts are delicious I have not had a problem with this place I've been to the establishment a lot thru the drive thru and A couple times inside the establishment the donuts alone are five stars the service is fast like it should be and the inside of the place is clean and has an awesome vibe to it read more

Every time we have drove through (8 Pm, 5 Pm, 3 Pm, and 12 Pm) we have driven away EMPTY HANDED. And when we did get donuts they were stale. They tasted awful. And I love donuts. For me to say that is crazy. I am extremely disappointed by this donut shop. The staff is nice but for them being open 24 hours they should have more selection, and have fresh donuts available. They need to bake throughout the day. Not just bake once at like 5 AM. I am extremely frustrated. Not a happy customer. And as someone else has said, they should change their hours to 5 AM - 11 AM cause after that there is nothing to choose from and they taste bad. I wouldn't suggest going after 11 AM. read more

I can't believe I actually went out of my way to try these donuts during a visit to my grandparents. There is nothing very special about the donuts. They remind me of the kind you get from the grocery store. The server was strange, not very friendly but not rude either. After we got our order I wanted to leave right away, not a very welcoming place to sit and enjoy a donut. read more

Very good donuts, but it is very annoying when they don't have them. What's the point of opening a donut shop with no donuts. I have been going here at 1-3 a.m. For the past 3 weeks (every single day) because at any part of the day, it's 'I only have this and this left'. Freakin annoying. It's been like this for years. Does the owner even look at these reviews? It's like they stock up and within a couple of hours, they don't have certain ones left, for the whole day. I'm so irritated I want to give them ZERO stars. Other than that, there donuts are very good. read more

Absolutely the best place to get donuts. They are wonderful tasting, always fresh with a great selection to choose from. Clean place and very pleasant staff, also. read more

I've had better customer service at international border crossings! I'd rather be waited on at the DMV than by this staff. It doesn't matter how good or bad the donuts are when they treat you like you're asking for something outrageous. Just wasted ten minutes for them to finally bag up a crusty single donut not to mention the twenty minute roundtrip. One half hour I will never get back. The stocky younger asian guy is amazing and not like these other guys I had tonight. From a person who bends over backwards for his own customers at his own restaurant, this was extremely disappointing. Not sure if I'll ever return to be honest and judging by these other poor reviews I am not apparently alone. Being the only 24/7 donut shop in town must be the only reason these guys are still in business because it's not for treating their customers with respect. read more

What's with the bad reviews?!?! I'm not really a donut eater but was convinced by my family to pick up a dozen on my way home Saturday (late) morning. I chose to go inside instead of using the convenient drive-thru and was impressed by the cleanliness of the place and huge selection of donuts they had. After almost completing my purchase, out comes a hot tray of their maple-bacon bars. I ended up adding one to my order to confirm how horrible I thought they would be.... I took a bite when I got in the car and DAMN it was delicious! It was warm, gooey and absolutely divine. The generous amount of chopped, REAL bacon was impressive. The staff was friendly and the donuts were big and fresh. I paid a mere $11.50 for a dozen donuts and the maple/bacon bar. We still have some left Sunday morning, so I did the "Krispy Kreme 7-seconds in the microwave" trick and my glazed, round donut was equally as good as yesterday morning. They DO taste freshly baked, are extra large and fluffy and are not at all comparable to your average gas station/supermarket donut. Well done Heavenly Donuts-you have a new fan! read more

Friendly staff. One bummer - they picked up the donuts without gloves. Other than what could potentially be botulism sprinkles, it turned out to be a pretty good donut. read more

I came here with my family on a Saturday afternoon and was slightly disappointed with the options left. The donuts were actually pretty tasty, but not a great variety to choose from. The lady working there also refused to fill any of the maple or chocolate bars for me. Probably won't rush back here. read more

An absolutely horrid place. The drive thru is the slowest you will find, anywhere. You can literally wait up to five minutes for someone to take your order. They also have stale donuts at 7 in the morning on a weekday. Don't pay with a credit card because they'll walk away with your card for several minutes. read more

9.00am on Monday. Service was fine. Purchased a Bismark,a cream filled chocolate covered donut. WHERE'S THE CREAM? The donut had about a tablespoon of cream inside, and not even in the center. When asked about it, I was told that's the way they all are. I understand that prices go up, but give us what we pay for. Very unhappy. will not be going back. read more

I don't know if their donuts are good. The guy behind the counter was pretty nice, thus 2 stars instead of one. I got the sausage/egg/cheese croissant, it was really bad. I'm not a foodie, or a picky eater, but they put the croissant, in the bag, in the microwave, and when I tried to eat it, the croissant itself was crunchy from excessive microwaving, the sausage was outrageously greasy and tasteless, and just yuck. read more

What a bummer! We were so excited to have our favorite donuts this morning, so we stopped by our local Heavenly store. We weren't sure which kind we wanted to get, so we parked and went inside. The worker inside ignored us completely. We stood there looking at the donuts, as she helped the first of 2 parties ahead of us. Then another helper came behind the counter and started helping the couple in front of us. The original girl ignored us and began helping someone in the drive through (taking both of the 2 remaining apple fritters - 1 of which I had my eye on!) and then came back to the counter, and still ignoring us, began preparing a coffee for a new patron who was apparently a regular, as she took him his coffee as soon as he came in and sat down. We were still standing in front of the counter (at least 5 minutes by this time) and we still had not been even acknowledged by either of the workers. At this point I decided we would take our business elsewhere since we were obviously not wanted as their customer--and we left. I'm really sad to write this review because their donuts really are the best Redding has to offer. But the service is horrible and I can't support a company that treats its customers badly. read more

Today was our first time getting donuts from this place. We got a half dozen. Every single one of them tasted old. I was so disappointed I had to get on Yelp and this review right away ( and this is something I literally NEVER do). Not only did they taste old, they just tasted BAD, kinda like bad oil or something! I mean really, you call yourselves "Heavenly donuts" but, WOW I can get way better tasting and cheaper donuts from Safeway. This place is gross and I wouldn't recommend going here. You know they're really bad donuts when your kids don't even eat them... :/ read more

The freshest, most delicious donuts I ever had. There is a great variety, and the Heavenly Crew are fantastic. Unlike other donut places, Heavenly bakes donuts throughout the day, so you always have a great selection of fresh donuts read more

I'm usually very generous with my reviews, because I don't criticize every little thing or let one little thing ruin the entire experience of a place for me, but after going to Heavenly Donuts and being disappointed several times, I have to downgrade to a 2 star. This place is 24 hours which is amazing. There needs to be more 24 hour donut shops. But, there has been many times that I have gone in at a decent hour to find that there's nothing left! Once was at 10 am and they had barely any donuts. Another time was around 2 pm and after asking if they had about 6 different donuts, I gave up because they didn't have anything! And trust me, every single time I have been here, they have been out of whatever donut I first ask for. It's frustrating. If you're going to make a place 24 hours, you should continuously bake donuts all day to keep them stocked...So, I've given up on this place unfortunately. read more
