You just can't argue with a great fluffy yeast donut covered in glaze or frosting. Now, I have left the area and traveled around a little bit and 1 donut shop really holds a place in my heart is Reno Nevadas DoughBoy Donuts. They glaze then frost their donuts kinda like Krispy Kreme but they do it with the big old school yeast donuts. If Heavenly did that... they'd be number 1 in my heart.

When I asked the staff if I could get it without fruity pebbles, he replied that they stopped making the drink that way months ago. The interior had lots of empty space and not much seating available. There was a lip-shaped sofa that looked stained and entirely unhygienic, along with some swings that didn't seem very safely installed and were put up to prevent their use anyway. The donuts and drink were ok, but the rest of the business just seems like a complete train wreck.

tldr- not good at all. overpriced for what it is. you'd be better off buying donuts from safeway or winco. i didn't know the place was there. i needed to grab pizza at papa murphy's and thought might as well buy a box of donuts as well! i got a little bit of each. nothing really stood out. the were a bit more greasy than what i'm used to (i know its a donut BUT its 2017 people many places have figured out how to make greasy foods less greasy). usually when i go into a donut shop, a pizzeria, creamery, etc i have high expectations since that is was the establishment specializes in. this donut shop just didn't do it for me. i get the same satisfaction from grocery store donuts (no offense safeway). next time im in the area and want donuts ill just save $$$ by going to safeway and purchasing the same quality donuts there (again, no offense safeway)! read more

i used to like it here but every time i visit, the donuts get worse. the chocolate bars and maple bars are so tiny. i also got a croissant recently and it was extremely light in color. it didn't taste like it was cooked all the way so i had to take it home and pop it in the oven for a little but longer so that was a real bummer. i don't know what happened but i think i'm done for good. also, etiher the worker overcharged me or the donut prices have increased by a lot. i think the only good thing about this place is the location. its in mid-town which is convenient but i still don't know if it's worth it. i think i would rather go to safeway a few doors down or one of the other shops. read more
