Tso"s chicken was mediocre, chicken very dry and chewy. Walnut prawns were a big disappointment. This is a favorite for us. I appreciate that the sauce was on the side but it lacked flavor, just so bland. Chicken chow mien was on point and the veggie fried rice was the best fried rice I have ever gotten in Redding! My mother and I were amazed at the price she asked for such a quality and detailed cake. The day of the wedding I nearly cried when I saw the cake. It was perfect! I usually don't care for much cake but I'm not ashamed to say I had a second piece. The cake was moist, flavorful and had just the right amount of frosting.
