First thing was that the employees were extremely friendly. We had conversation about being from the coast, they from Oakland and me from Pismo Beach. I definitely tried to give the benefit of the doubt, and figure out any other way this could've happened. But the package was completely sealed prior to me opening it, I had just washed my hands, and my hair is not dark. I immediately threw it all away. Super disappointing because it looked like it was going to be tasty! The back label does state, "Made in a home kitchen." While I do understand how these things can happen, it's still fairly gross and not something I'd like to experience again. On the plus side, I did see the hair before I'd taken a bite at least!
