It looked delicious and I was super excited to try it. I opened the package, and as I pulled it out there was a dark hair attached to the brownie. I definitely tried to give the benefit of the doubt, and figure out any other way this could've happened. But the package was completely sealed prior to me opening it, I had just washed my hands, and my hair is not dark. I immediately threw it all away. Super disappointing because it looked like it was going to be tasty! The back label does state, "Made in a home kitchen." While I do understand how these things can happen, it's still fairly gross and not something I'd like to experience again. On the plus side, I did see the hair before I'd taken a bite at least!

When we ordered, the woman at the register was very sweet and patient. However there was a woman that was a bit shorter with brown hair that was cleaning & while my friend was ordering, the worker cleaning asked behind her what the time was & huffed with a sour face when she was asked to make a smoothie. While we were waiting for our orders, I noticed the woman cleaning had taken a table & chairs from customers talking outside, while we were sitting at the register waiting she came and told us that she was going to sweep right there really quick. We had scoot over but not far so we can grab our order, and she proceeded to sweep my friends feet. When we were figuring out where to sit, she said, "were actually closed right now," we said that we're so sorry & didn't realize it, which she responded, "Yeah," and held the door open until we walked out. I completely understand trying to close & customers keep coming in (as an ex-cafe worker) but a simple, "Hey guys, just wanna let you know that we're closing in 5 minutes," when we walked in and we probably would've just let them close & catch them the next time the cafe was open. I would like to add that the food and drinks were still amazing, every other time I've been here I've had great experiences, and I still plan on returning/recommending.
