One of the baristas, very rudely, let them know that those were not their drinks. They were somewhat confused and asked a question and the barista YELLED AT THEM??? Telling them that it was someone else's drinks, and they would just have to wait because "making drinks takes time" and "just wait, ugh" with an exaggerated roll of the eyes. These are literally some of the sweetest seeming older folks I've ever seen, and I can't imagine treating them or any other customers this way.
