Cozy coffee cafe with a wide varieties of drinks ! They do carry baked goods from a local bakery ! Everything we order was delicious ! Eggnog latte and their drip coffee that came free with a bag of coffee bean was flavorful! Pastries was delicious ! Customer services was superb! Will definetly come back whenever I'm in town

Coffee wasn't bad. We ordered iced oat milk lattes with pecan pie flavoring due to no hazelnut. Wild considering 90% of the US's hazelnuts come from Oregon. I'd rather make my own coffee next time I return to Redding.. the RED and CAMO trucker hats aggressively thrown in your face by young ladies while you're trying to order some decent caffeine will make you shit yourself faster than downing some fresh espresso because it's so cringy and hilarious. I'm aware of the hunting and fishing culture of this city as well as the backwards politics. Stay in Redding if you happen to be a fan of a dash of Don T. with your festive genocide holiday brew.

Stopped in on Christmas Eve while visiting for the holidays after hearing this was one of "Redding's best." Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The barista (tall male with a beanie) had a terrible attitude and very poor barista skills. I watched him dump part of my iced latte down the drain (not sure why) and replace it with whole milk--even though I ordered oat. What I got was basically flavored milk at an $8 price tag. Anyone who drinks lattes regularly can clearly see from my photo this was very poorly made. Didn't bother asking for a remake due to the attitude and time constraints. Won't be back or recommending this place. Only received an extra star because the cashier was very nice and friendly. Go to Heritage coffee instead.

This is our second time here in less than a year. We stop by here to get a break in our long journey. First-time last year, we had their latte and bakery in the morning. Both were good. They had a lovely latte art! This time we came here around noon, and the weather was hot. So we decided to go for a cold drink n dessert. My hubby ordered an iced latte, which had pretty strong caffeine, and I had a small sip. Their soft serve is vanilla, coffee, or swirl on both. So I had Vanilla over the cone. The soft serve was so firm, and I love it. Also not overly sweet! The staffs here are very friendly. And the plaza has plenty of parking. The shop has many tables and chairs.

Sleek and spacious cafe with a great drink and dessert selection! Theory boasts tall ceilings with 2 levels, many nice tables, and merch/coffee beans available for purchase. Our group tried all of the seasonal summer drinks, and for the most part they were delicious! My orange cardamom latte tasted more spice heavy than citrus. I'd definitely want to try the Straus soft serve next time :)

Went in for an iced chai, but on their specials menu had a lemon ginger latter I had to try! Very delicious and I enjoyed every sip. Nice and spacious atmosphere, great for working with outlets and seating on two levels.

Came here a few times: -Modern & Sleek interiors with good lighting. Cute loft is a plus. -Usually pretty crowded with limited seating -Tried the matcha latte + dole whip and both are decent. - AC can run a bit on the cold side.

Found this place on our way up to Mt. Shasta & it was worth the stop. They have a great selection of pastries/quick bites The coffee shop is very spacious, full of beautiful plants & floor to ceiling windows that allow so much natural light in The orange cardamom latte was perfection, that zest of orange gets you at the first sip, super good. You should check this place out if you haven't already!

The coffee smells incredible. The syrups suck & they're not mixed into the drink. Very expensive, pass it by

They also serve some teas and coffees, including espresso-based drinks. They do seem to run out of some of their popular items, so be aware if you're visiting a little later in the day. The service is great, and the food doesn't take long to come out. I feel that the prices are reasonable (though for some items, they err on the higher side of what I'd consider the average price range). I find that I like their pastries a little more than their savory food options (the lemon blueberry danish is wonderful), and the coffee isn't bad either. There are a lot of snacks and small purchasable items displayed around the store, largely from their own or other small businesses. I like the selection offered, and I do think it's wonderful that they seem very supportive of small businesses. I would fully recommend stopping by for a nice breakfast or brunch, or even just to pick up snacks or dessert for a treat later in the day. It wasn't too busy when we visited, so sitting down to relax here was also very nice. Overall, a very solid spot with good food and a nice atmosphere.

This particular location (Churn Creek Rd.) is the best out of all 3 stores in the city in regards to interior and general vibes. The prices are a bit high, but in contrast to its contenders, I know what I'm getting and I'm happy when I go. My personal favorite is the Peruvian Steak Sandwich (specifically with subbed-in sourdough bread) and truffle fries. Sizing of things like the fries admittingly have shrank since I first went three years ago sadly. I have yet to have anything bad off the menu that didn't please my tastebuds. (It also has working machines for their lemonade options compared to the College View location. Those drinks are an absolute huge plus!)

When asking if they use tamari or gluten free soy sauce, she said she wasn't sure and pointed to a list of salad dressing options that were marked. Not their rice bowls toppings - heads up- it's regular soy sauce. Also since I was asking all the gluten free questions, it would have been nice to be informed that the tacos were also served on flour tortillas. Not the cashier or the menu indicated this. Luckily I do not have a severe allergy, or I'd be furious. Obviously this place is a bakery, so there's gluten everywhere. I'm not mad, honestly. Just a little disappointed. Any information is best. I got the chimichurri steak tacos, which are covered in chipotle aioli - I'd honestly rename them to be chipotle steak tacos. Get zero chimichurri, the aioli completely takes over. I do like the steak isn't tough though, so still get some points for the attempt. For me, and my gluten sensitivity, probably won't be back since there aren't many options that are actually gluten free.
