Ehhh not impressed.. ordered a cinnamon roll and when it came out it wasn't hot. They didnt ask if we wanted it for here or to go and I assumed since there are tables and chairs they would plate it, but it came in a Togo box , then it came cold. I asked them to heat it and they said the warmer was broken, so I said can we have a muffin instead and they said I'd have to purchase it since they can't put the cinnamon roll back - but we didn't even touch it and they didn't mention it would come cold . Stopped in on Christmas Eve while visiting for the holidays after hearing this was one of "Redding's best." Unfortunately, it was a letdown. The barista (tall male with a beanie) had a terrible attitude and very poor barista skills. I watched him dump part of my iced latte down the drain (not sure why) and replace it with whole milk--even though I ordered oat. What I got was basically flavored milk at an $8 price tag. Anyone who drinks lattes regularly can clearly see from my photo this was very poorly made. Didn't bother asking for a remake due to the attitude and time constraints. Won't be back or recommending this place. Only received an extra star because the cashier was very nice and friendly. Go to Heritage coffee instead. read more

My hubby ordered an iced latte, which had pretty strong caffeine, and I had a small sip. Their soft serve is vanilla, coffee, or swirl on both. So I had Vanilla over the cone. First of all, when I walked in I said hi! With a smile on my face. The barista stayed silent. Didn't even greet me at all. Just silence staring at a screen. She was a blonde girl around 20 yrs old. Don't remember her name unfortunately but I tipped her anyways because I always tip. I was a barista for 2 years, never would I ever do what she did even if it was my worse day. Anyways I love a good strong color green and slightly sweet matcha. This place did not make that. The matcha wasn't even green. It was just straight milk. Very disappointed that I got straight milk and bad customer service. please change your matcha or train your staff how to make it right every time. I see another review saying they tasted straight milk while someone else got a green matcha... I will not be returning. read more

Love this new(ish) Theory Coffee Roasters location! It is light and bright, with lots of greenery, and two stories! The high ceilings make the place feels bright and inviting. There are a mix of tables, cushioned benches, long shared space, and outdoor tables so anyone could find a comfortable place to work, meet a friend, or leisurely read a book while enjoying a cup of coffee. I love that they have the order online feature to make it easy to quickly run in for coffee. I ordered an iced latte online and was given a time to come pick up my coffee. When I came in I didn't see my coffee which at first surprised me but then the barista asked my name and let me know he had made my latte but wanted to wait to pour it over ice until I was there so it wouldn't get watered down.
