The ambience is exactly what I look for in a coffee shop. Confident and experienced baristas who know exactly what they're doing. They were able to help make suggestions and fill me in on the seasonal food items. The brick wall, large windows, and endless seating options really made the area feel open. The food and drinks came out very fast. The coffee was delicious, pastries were good. After finishing up our early morning coffee and snack we headed over to the Photo Booth located in the main seating area and took some memorable pictures. Bathrooms are very clean! Staff gave us a code, no issues or delay. Overall we had a very nice time. Thanks for starting out our trip right!

I live in the bay area so it says a lot I'm praising their milk tea.

While we were waiting for our orders, I noticed the woman cleaning had taken a table & chairs from customers talking outside, while we were sitting at the register waiting she came and told us that she was going to sweep right there really quick. We had scoot over but not far so we can grab our order, and she proceeded to sweep my friends feet. When we were figuring out where to sit, she said, "were actually closed right now," we said that we're so sorry & didn't realize it, which she responded, "Yeah," and held the door open until we walked out. I completely understand trying to close & customers keep coming in (as an ex-cafe worker) but a simple, "Hey guys, just wanna let you know that we're closing in 5 minutes," when we walked in and we probably would've just let them close & catch them the next time the cafe was open.
