My husband and I hired Yvonne to be our florist for our July wedding and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. At first I thought I would make my own bouquet and centerpieces but decided against that idea because I didn't want to deal with the stress of getting the flowers to the venue and worrying about keeping them alive. Yvonne is nice, but only if you decide to hire her services. My fiance and I met with Yvonne and she was extremely kind and hospitable in her home. She wrote down exactly what we wanted and we even walked away with a quote when we left the meeting. The price was extremely fair but after meeting with other florists, I decided that she didn't offer anything above and beyond what we requested. Then when I told her that we decided to move forward with someone else, I got no response from her. With the other 3 florists we turned down, we at least got a response or a thank you, but nothing here and it's been nearly a month. I felt it was very unprofessional. read more

My daughter's wedding is not until next year. I started contacting vendors including florists since April. When I emailed Heavenly Blossoms, I immediately got a response from Yvonne. Very prompt. The other florists I contacted got back to me after a week and some after two weeks. So to no surprise I went with Yvonne. She was very nice and easy to talk to via email or in person. Not just that, recently we have to make some changes to our venues for reception and ceremony to another city in the Bay Area from San Jose.
