I went through several florists after realizing how crappy 1800Flowers is (definitely catfished a few times because the actual bouquets did not even remotely resemble what they showed online). Anyway, I went through a few other local ones in Campbell and they were okay. Some of them were too basic/boring, some of them were priced too high for a decent one. However.... this is my 2nd time ordering from this place and they definitely have a good standard. Ordering online was easy and you get to add upgrades to what is shown. I added a "better" upgrade to mine and it came out better than I expected. They even followed my delivery instructions and was prompt with their notifications. My friend sent me a pic of of her sympathy flowers and they looked full, like the model shown on their website... and is actually as advertised as "better" upgrade. Their pricing is reasonable and their arrangements aren't boring. I will be utilizing them again later this year!

Each friend who has received a birthday arrangement was in love/awe with their gift. --Timeless Bouquet-- (Perfect for someone is is classy, elegant, love neutrals, and beautiful things) In July 2022, Urban Flora texted me once the flowers were dropped off; I had the flowers dropped off outside as my friend was quarantining and was the point of main point of contact while keeping this a surprise. --Pink Sorbet Bouquet-- (Perfect for a lover of pink, someone with a vibrant personality, maybe someone into anime). In March 2025, Urban Flora will e-mail the purchaser that it has 'shipped' once it's about to be delivered and will e-mail the purchaser once delivered. It would also be my first choice for my man -- if only they delivered to his city which they do not -- might have to do a pick-up one of these days. I would not recommend Urban Flora for last minute custom for like a Condolence arrangement - I did reach out in 2023 but was not able to get a hold of them at the time. Otherwise whether you order the day prior (within a reasonable window frame - they can get the job done, orders prior to noon would be best for those situations -- and the more time you give in advance, the better the delivery experience and outcome. You definitely get what you pay for and 'the best bouquet' is the experience you are providing.

I saw a photo of flowers in a white basket and placed the order for pick up weeks in advance. A few days before then pick up date I called to confirm the order. They texted back but informed me I didn't pay tax yet. It was confusing so I contacted Bloomnation to work things out because I know I already paid for it weeks ago. The situation was solved within a day. The day before pick up I received another text saying the white basket in the photo isn't available. I was offered a few options and I requested for another basket instead of a vase. My mom and sister went to pick up the flowers today. It doesn't look exactly like the photo on the website but it's still very pretty and the flowers are bigger than I expected. My mom is very happy to receive this for her birthday. Thank you very much for arranging this for her. We will be back to order more flowers in the future. Now that I know about this shop I can order directly to avoid confusion on payment issue.
