DON'T BOTHER. I booked an appointment for the Reunite (for 2…read morepeople) on Sun, Nov 3 at 1pm. I received a confirmation text from them and traveled 30 minutes to get there. I was 15 minutes early, but the door was locked. I sent my husband here once before for a single float and he recalled a similar experience where he called and was invited inside. However, I called and left a message; my husband left another vm at our appointment time. I finally replied to their text reminder shortly after 1pm since it seemed they were closed. It is now Nov 6 and no one has returned our calls or my text yet. The sign at the place said "Under New Management" but it seems it's not being managed at all.

So, I wanted to find a salt cave to go to in Woodbridge and this is what came up. I explored the…read morewebsite and it seemed like such a legit place. I made a reservation and was mad excited, telling my family and everything lol. Saturday comes (sorry for the late review) and we are driving to the place. I had 94 Main Street in my head because I swore thats the address I remember seeing. My boyfriend says no it's 93 Green Street and sure nuff it was. Just a bit of advice, just follow the confirmation email that they send you because they will tell you the directions. Also do not put Float into Wellness into your GPS because it will send you to the old address and not the new one. Anywho we get there, and when you get there (to 93 Green Street) they won't have a sign that says their business name. It's where BBB is which is a gym in the basement. That's right I said it. A basement. When you drive to the back you will see the door and it will say Float into Wellness. Walk downstairs and on first impressions I was like oh! There's gym equipment and a rooms for stretching. I was a bit confused until I saw Nyomi come out. She greeted us with a smile and took us to this room where we were to put our belongings. She said this is where we will keep our things.now the room guys is the same room where they have the shower and the sauna, which was a little odd to me. Why would I want people coming to put their belongings down in the same room where people are showering and sitting in a sauna. My guess was that this place DOES NOT ACCOMMODATE MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE AT A TIME. It's just wouldn't be good and it's definitely not set up like a real spa. Ok so me and my boyfriend purchased the couples package for $225 () which was for all three, the salt cave, floating and the sauna. The salt cave was 45 mins, the floating for 60 mins and the sauna was 30 mins. The package was for 3 hours in total. I figured ok that sounds like a good deal so that's why we purchased it. The salt cave was first. It was such a calming room and I kept breathing in and out to help get the benefits of the salt. They do provide blankets for you just in case you do nap. I liked the salt cave because it was relaxing and just therapeutic. The ambiance was nice and I would love to go to another salt cave. Next up was the floatation therapy. Before we got in we had to shower with our bathing suits on. Nyomi said some people come in with their undergarments and I'm like ewww. They do provide you with a wash rag and a towel. Make sure for ladies that you bring a swim cap because the water has epsom salt in it (and I will get to that later). We then went inside the floatation tank. Now I'm not sure how therapeutic it was supposed to be but it wasn't therapeutic at all for me. It smelled like a basement and that was one thing that bothered me. I'm just floating in a shallow tank of water and epsom salt and then it smells like a basement. My boyfriend is a big guy so he's just sitting, not floating and it really wasn't his cup of tea. After being there for quite some time, I was just aggravated and cold so I decided to end my session early and hope out. My hair was full of water and epsom salt and I knew I was in for a wash. I also had braids so I knew the epsom salt would be all in my braids we got out and proceeded to the sauna. By that time, I was done. I didn't feel relaxed at all and I sat in the sauna because we technically paid for it so I wanted to just sit. After that I showered and put my clothes back on and met Nyomi outside. Now she was sooooooooo for the business. She told me that her company (whatever company that is) bought FIW because they were about to close (after my experience I could see why ) and she thought it's something the community needed. I'm not saying it's not a bad idea. I just thought that if someone bought the business, maybe try to do something different and not make the business get shut down again. Ijs. So I met her outside, told her thanks for everything and went to go lotion up. Nyomi was definitely really sweet and offered great customer service. Unfortunately the experience left much to be desired. Once we got outside to my car we put some lotion on. After soaking in epsom salt for nearly 60 mins, we were extremely dry. But the part that got me REAL AGGRAVATED was the fact that my hair got wet but because it had epsom salt in it, it just kept dripping down my neck and I had epsom salt all on my neck, hair and face. I have never left a spa like that just a mess, aggravated and unrelaxed.

It had been a couple years since my last visit, and this time I brought my husband for his first…read moreKorean spa experience. We checked in after 5pm, and it was pleasantly quiet; most guests were in the common area lounging or eating, with very few people in the baths or saunas. If you're looking for a low-key visit, a Monday evening seems ideal. My husband had a great time, and we wrapped up with a meal at the café. The food was just as good as I remembered, with generous portions.

I've been here before, but realized I have never reviewed it. It's definitely an experience. Upstairs there are extra services such as massages, facials, scrubs, reflexology, etc. for an additional fee per service. They also have a dining area where you can purchase lunch/dinner as well. Upon arrival/check in you will pay for your day pass/services and then you are given a numbered key. The key will open a numbered locker to your left where you store your shoes only. Then, you walk barefoot or with socks on to the men's/women's changing rooms. Once in the changing room, you will look for your numbered locker which the same key fits, to store your street clothes, so that you can put on the uniform. The change room is massive and has bathrooms, showers, and the entrance to the pool. ***You are not allowed to wear clothing in the pool, not even a bathing suit, just FYI. However, if you're daring enough to enjoy the pool in the buff, the men's and women's pools are separate and walled off. So it's not coed at all, if that's a concern. I consider myself pretty cultured, but this is one thing that I was surprised about the 1st time I visited and not comfortable with, so I have never partaken in the pool. Other than that, the various degrees of saunas are great, the massages, and the food in the dining area. I enjoy what I partake in, and find it to be a good value overall.
