I asked if they had a shower, and she looks at me, and she goes no. Massage only. She probably thought I was there for something else. I told her no, I want a massage only. So I go into the room, stripped down to the full Monty, and she says, underwear on. OK. No big deal. Like I said, they don't want to put out the wrong message. Overall, the massage was good. The first part of the massage the lady working on my body, I didn't get her name, was talking to somebody outside the room, but that was only for a short period of time. That was a bit distracting, but once that was over, it was fantastic. It was a nice firm massage, which I've gotten to like. If she got a little bit too hard, I would let her know. One funny thing, if I'm getting a good massage, I grunt and groan quite a bit. Apparently, I was grunting and groaning a little bit too much, because she says to me, "you moaning too loud." oops! Once again, they want to protect that image....... The entire massage was on my back. She massage my scalp, my neck, my back, my legs, my arms, she used a nice lotion, and I also got the hot stones. In addition to the hot stones, I also got a hot pack against my neck, and another one on my back for a little bit. That also felt very good. I wish she would've had me flip and do my front for a little bit, but the fact that she did spend an entire hour on my back really did feel good for my back. The price was very reasonable. The hour was only $55, plus a five dollar surcharge for using my credit card. She also got a nice tip on top of that. I will probably stop in one more time before I leave Staten Island. The next time, I will ask for a half hour on my front and a half hour on my back. Thank you.

I enjoy both the professional skill and personality of this MT. With dim lighting and soft music, my mental state relaxes into tranquility which lasts the entire day. I have had multiple excellent experiences here with Lilly and Ayma (sp) and the rate is affordable and value added. There is a shower available if you come in from a workout. One thing that might often go overlooked is how amazing the owner or manager is. I'm not entirely sure if he's the owner, but he's always there--always so pleasant and accommodating, offering tea and snacks. He truly left an impression and added extra points to my review. Me and my best friends will surely be back and I highly recommend.

I wish extra attention would've been given to pressure points on my feet, but overall great experience for the price! Can't wait to go back! Went back this evening and had Ashley as my masseuse! Not the best location to get a massage in NYC but still a good one in 8 Ave…read more It's a smaller place than other massage places, but they also do haircuts in the front of the store. Cons: - The privacy here is practically nonexistent. The curtains are so light (and slightly see through!) that they open up like the Red Sea whenever someone passes. Also customers and staff open up the curtains like someone is not still naked in there getting a massage. - Since it's an open space with just a loose curtain to separate the beds, you hear everything that other people talk about, like staff talking to their friends/customers about previous customers. The massages I've gotten are super super intense. Could be a good or bad thing. I don't think they know how to massage lightly because when I ask them to massage lighter, the masseuse does it for a minute before she goes back to the same amount of pressure as before.
