The only reason that I'm giving it one star is because I can't give it no stars. This place is…read moreoverpriced and disorganized. They put staples in their clothes to attach the price tags. The worst part was how rude their customer service is. My 2.5 year old is deaf/hard of hearing and took off her hearing aid in the store. My husband put it in what he thought was our cart. When we realized he had misplaced her hearing aid, I went back inside to look for it. I asked one of the stockers to help and they ignored me. I then went to the front to ask for help and was told that I would need to look in the carts myself. I told the lady that my daughter needs the hearing aid to hear and they are very expensive but she blew me off again and told me to look myself. I then told her I had spent $60 in the store and that they were $12,000 and asked if she would please help me. She told me " not with that attitude I can't." She then forced me to take a breath and continued to berate me about my attitude after she had refused to help me. She finally did make an announcement and someone came forward with the hearing aid. I'll never go back to this store and would never recommend it to anyone.

As one of yelper has already pointed out, there's usually some derelict with his hand out at the front door. About 75% of the store is given over to clothing with everything else around the perimeter. The prices here seem pretty much in line with your average Goodwill, although some seem higher. They do have a lot of kids toys and furniture. This business is primarily geared towards clothing, and this is a cash operation only, but they do have an ATM, which will happily charge you a fee. It's worth a look around, and maybe the photos included will get you through the door.

To be honest, from looking at the outside, I did not expect to see much in this store. However,…read moreonce inside, it's bigger than you think, and absolutely crammed full of merchandise. This place bills itself as a thrift store, but the prices are more in line with what you'd see in a consignment store. The aisles are very narrow in order to accommodate all the merchandise. They definitely have some collectible items, including some vintage stereo stuff. Inside you'll also find appliances, toys, furniture, tons of clothes, home decor, drum sets and electronics. They do offer sale prices on certain color tags which are likely the items that have been sitting around for a while. About half the space is given over to clothing and accessories, you'll also find three dressing rooms to try them on. This business doesn't just accept donations, they will purchase them as well. This thrift store carries a higher quality number of goods by far than your average Goodwill, but then again they are priced higher. Plenty of photos to peak your interest below.

A nutribullet for $10. They have a wonderful collection of clothes for all sizes. I'm in a bigger body and sometimes finding clothes second hand is super hard, not here. They have a large and funky selection. If you are treasure hunting, this place is pure gold and a hidden gem. Thank me later.

It's like someone took a bunch of old stuff that couldn't sell at a garage sale and put it ALL in…read moreone big space and then added a basketball game to make it interesting. Worst thrift experience I have had. Bait and switch on FB Marketplace, as far as I can tell this is the strategy: Daphne posts something super cool and amazing at a below value price. That is it. You text "her" to make sure it is still for sale and let her know you will go today to buy it. However, when you arrive 3 hours later the dancing guy at the front counter says "what watch? How about these watches?" NOTHING like the one on Marketplace. Then I ask who responded to my text this morning and he says he did. "Must have sold today... I don't know. That watch was here for THREE weeks and no one bought it." I don't believe a word he says. This place is on South Congress (very far south) and a good 20 minute drive from downtown. The strategy must be to get people in the door with something interesting and then offer them a discount for their troubles. He tells me to look around. I walk around the whole store and find... nothing? Not one thing. I return to the front check out area and see a record that looks cool. Melissa Etheridge put out a new record in 2016, I must have missed it. "How much for this record?" "Fifty bucks but today for your troubles of driving all the way here and not getting the watch that we posted"- as bait, here is the switch- "you can buy this very nice, signed record for half price." I am not sure who the demographic is that loves this store, but I highly encourage that they write a bunch of reviews to help this woman-owned business out. Bait and switch has never worked for me...
