I almost bought a bird for my granddaughter, but my daughter would not have been happy to have another pet at home. I have been looking at this stroller for nearly a year and have been tossing and turning about the high price tag, but I knew that I needed to replace the pet stroller that I currently have (which wasn't inexpensive, but has lasted barely 2 years). Every single person that works in that store was so kind and gracious and helpful, so shout out to everybody! Jacob is the gentleman that I was working with regarding this specific pet stroller (Tavo). He took the time to show me how the entire stroller system worked how the car seat attachment worked and check to see if it would fit in my vehicle as well as the two different carrier sizes that they had as models, which I'm glad we were able to do because the one that I thought that I wanted was far too large for the space of my front seat because of how it needed to be set in the car seat stand. The price point was a huge factor for me because the ones that I have seen range from $700-$850 each, but they are supposed to be the best and last for years. Jacob offered to reach out to their vendor contact and get me some additional information regarding warranty, the exchange/return policy, what colors were available as well as the specific dimensions. They also let me know at the store that they were going to be having a black Friday sale and this particular stroller had a promotional price that was being offered by the vendor, so Jacob also contacted her about pricing for the 3-in-1 option that I was interested in. He took down my contact information and let me know that he would get back in touch with me as soon as he had the answers to my questions. I don't think it was even an hour and a half that Jacob called back and was able to get me all the information to every question I had and the final sale price was better than I had anticipated for the model of the stroller he was able to get information on for me. Although it's still a big price tag, it's definitely less than I expected to have to pay and Jacob and the rest of the team at Bark avenue - Colleyville made my experience so incredibly stress-free that we went ahead and placed the order for my kitty's new stroller. I was given the option of having it delivered to my home or picking it up in store, and they offered to help me assemble the item if I were to pick it up in store so I also wouldn't have all of the packaging to have to deal with, which is the option I decided on. I am so excited to receive this new stroller for my little cat - I take her on all of my trips and we go on little excursions where I bring her into locations with me and knowing that she is secured in enclosed stroller that keeps her safe, but still allows her to see what's going on around her is such a bonus. They were even kind enough to send me home with some complementary cat treats for her to try, which she absolutely gobbled up when I got home. They're a little out of the way from where I live and they do cater primarily to dog owners, but they do have a few things that I saw that when I need to get something for my cat, I'll definitely be coming back to them. They sell excellent quality, product and merchandise, the entire team is so friendly and helpful, and the little shop puppy that I met was also very friendly and helpful. Denise has worked there for years and was at the register. I was interested in one of their flyers and she stopped what she was doing to make me a copy. You don't get that kind of service from a big box store or a chain nursery. Marji is another long-time employee who has helped me and also gives great customer service. I started organic gardening in 2010 and didn't know much about organic pesticides and fertilizers and the owner, Joyce Connelly, and her employees were friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer any questions I had, which is why I drive from Carrollton to Colleyville to shop with them.
