We just had Reliance Heating and Air over to repair a malfunctioning unit…read more I have never been so impressed as I was today at the professionalism, kindness and genuine concern for our challenge. The young man was incredibly courteous, explained everything he was doing and the plusses and minuses of repair vs. replacement. If you are looking for a family owned business that treats their clients like family, these are the folks to work with. After our experience today, I'll never call another A/C company again.

Jason, AJ, and their team get 5 stars across the board from me!…read more Friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, genuine, and stand up folks. Some of the most sincere technicians I have hired. I connected with Jason originally when dealing with a toilet leak. They were able to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently, and bonus points for being kind to my dog! Several months later, I had questions about updating a main line valve. Jason answered all of my questions and explained things to me in layman's terms so I felt confident I understood what was being done and how the plumbing would operate. When Jason came out for the appointment that week, he arrived on time and made the update for me (and left me with a bonus pressure gauge since I didn't have one). That day, I asked if he could come up with an invoice for another upgrade I was considering and he obliged. That next week, he came back and completed project that was on my "to do" list for months! To my dismay, a couple days later, I noticed something had gone wrong that could be related to the upgrade he did. I texted him thinking it could be related but also communicated I was unsure. He immediately scheduled one of his staff to come out that morning to come take a look and do the repair. And to my surprise, Jason resolved the invoice for the final repair as well. I can't recommend these guys enough! The value aside, which is very fair having done my research, these individuals are hard-working and have my business in the future!

I scheduled a plumbing service with Accent Plumbing after speaking with Jessica on June 2, 2026…read more She told me the earliest available appointment was June 7 between 3:00-5:00 p.m. I explained that I had a medical appointment at 3:00 p.m. and would not be available during that window. Jessica then offered June 8 between 1:00-3:00 p.m., which I accepted. On June 7, I unexpectedly received a text at 1:30 p.m. stating that technician Hyrum Hatch was on the way. I didn't see the text until about 1:50 p.m., so I immediately called Accent Plumbing. Jessica answered, and I reminded her that my appointment had been moved to June 8 between 1:00-3:00 p.m. She said she remembered our conversation and that I had been unavailable from 3:00-5:00 p.m. I explained that was exactly why we had rescheduled for the following day. She placed me on hold to contact the technician and then confirmed that we would keep the agreed-upon June 8 appointment between 1:00-3:00 p.m. On June 8, I waited until 2:45 p.m. without receiving any notification that the technician was on the way, so I called Accent Plumbing for an update. Jessica answered again and told me, in a dismissive tone, that the technician would not arrive until 3:00-5:00 p.m. I explained that I had another appointment from 4:00-5:00 p.m. and asked why no one had contacted me to let me know the appointment window had changed. Rather than addressing my concern, she simply repeated multiple times that the technician would arrive between 3:00-5:00 p.m. and eventually offered to reschedule me for Friday. I rescheduled for Friday between 1:00-3:00 p.m., but was then told that the technician still might not arrive until 3:00-5:00 p.m., making the scheduled appointment window essentially meaningless. At this point, it has taken over a week just to get someone scheduled to come to my home. Communication has been poor, appointment windows have not been honored, and I had to repeatedly call the company myself to find out what was happening. If you're scheduling with Accent Plumbing, plan on keeping your entire afternoon open because the appointment window does not appear to be reliable. I was also disappointed with the customer service I received from Jessica. I found her communication to be dismissive and unprofessional, especially when I was simply trying to understand why my scheduled appointment had changed without any notice. I informed Jessica that I would be leaving this review. I ended up going with a whole new plumbing company only based off of Jessica's extremely poor customer service. Update 06/13/2026: The owner, Steve, personally called me the following Tuesday regarding my review to apologize for how the situation was handled. Before reaching out, he took the time to listen to the phone calls between Jessica and me. He explained that the issue stemmed from a scheduling error on their end that was not properly communicated to me, which ultimately caused the entire situation. Steve also acknowledged that the calls were not handled appropriately and shared that he had addressed the matter with Jessica as a learning opportunity to help ensure a similar situation doesn't happen again in the future. He also asked if there was anything else he could do to assist me, which I genuinely appreciated. I wanted to update my review because Steve's willingness to personally investigate the issue, take accountability, and follow up with me speaks volumes about his character and leadership as the owner. While my initial experience was frustrating, I truly appreciate the way he handled the situation and his commitment to making things right.
