I wanted to try a new place and I'm so glad I did. I was able to make an appt via text very easily. I was also sent a menu of options before my appt so I could choose in advance. I opted for a Deluxe Pedicure w/gel polish. The nail spa is very clean and everyone was incredibly pleasant. The receptionist is a sweetheart! Tina provided my service and was also very sweet. She offered me hot tea, which was really good and much appreciated. The chairs are very comfortable and it is really quiet and relaxing. Tina takes her time and takes pride in her work. My experience was absolutely amazing I will definitely be coming back whenever I need something done. I'm obsessed with this place for pedicures. I love how the workstation is private with curtains dividing each station. It's usually quiet and zen but you do get the occasional loud person at no fault of the place. I love the hot stone pedicures and I've been through every technician and they all do a great job. I had read so many wonderful reviews on this spa, that after a few attempts of not being able to get in, I finally had an appointment! In all honesty, I was very disappointed. I was in an out in 20 minutes! I got the standard pedicure, for $35, which apparently doesn't come with much! First of all, the chairs are not even massage chairs, so you don't even get to enjoy that! If you're hoping to get a foot or leg massage with your pedicure, you have to pay for the $60 package, which is outrageous! Even with the $50 package, you don't get a massage! In 30 years, I have never gotten a pedicure without a foot and leg massage! Needless to say, I won't be returning! read more

Oh my goodness this place is so wonderful. I was looking for something different than the typical nail salon because i always end up feeling like a paid way to much for what I got... but not here! Nice private nooks with dimmed lighting and soft music. No crazy chemical smells, workers were not talking, focused on their work and did a great job. I got the highest end pedicure and it was worth it! They give a first time discount as well as well as military and law enforcement discounts. I finally found my nail place! I'll definitely be coming back. (Only down side is if you want to go with a friend, there's no way to socialize while getting nails done. It's more of a private spa experience. I had gone to this salon many times before but unfortunately I've had my last visit. I made an appointment for a fill and a pedicure. With the fill I unfortunately was pressured into using gel, which can cause my hands to swell, and having my nails shaped square, which isn't what I asked for. They've been filed so far down on the sides the the acrylic doesn't cover my whole nail and some of them are swollen, sore, and bleeding. The polish wasn't ever cleaned up, so my cuticles are flooded with gel polish & there were jagged bits of acrylic underneath the nail. The pedicure was fine, until I left and there was so much polish on my toes that I couldn't walk to my car without them crinkling or getting banged up. Finally, I was shocked at the price. $45 for a fill is obscene, when in places just as nice I've $20 or less. I received the deluxe pedicure and got the same treatments as the priciest one, which was odd to me. While the establishment was kind enough to refund me after I realized I had to fix all my own nails, I cannot return because sadly this is not the first time I've had issues, especially with being pressured to use colors, products, or a shape I didn't want. I chose not to speak up about it in the moment because I felt that I could live with the nails until my next fill and fix my own toes, but that shouldn't happen for an $85 visit to a salon. Thank you for the refund, but I will take my business elsewhere. read more

My daughter and I had an appointment Sunday at 2. We were greeted kindly and taken back to our ped chairs. We were told normally pedicures were $80, but our first time was $40 each. So we accepted and began our service. It was going well and we're both relaxed. Service was nearly complete when I tilted my head and open my eyes and the largest dead cockroach lay just to the right of the technician. (My daughter was to my right) I was mortified. I quietly leaned in let the tech know, she quietly got up let the front desk girl know who came and removed it. When my daughters tech asked my tech what happened they whispered to one another and laughed. Where there is one there are many roaches. I expected a manager would come talk to me, or apologize... nothing! Pedicures were $40 each plus $15 extra for my gel polish. Charged in full no apology. Totally disgusting! I wouldn't recommend this place, it means filth and unsanitary conditions. Clearly they find it funny. read more

Please beware that this business is under new ownership. I was texted a confirmation for an appointment that I made with a long list of what they no longer accept in terms of credit cards AND they no longer accept Young Nail Spa gift cards as of 06/01/19 with "No exceptions will be made" included on my text. My last appointment using my gift certificate was on 6/2/19 and nobody told me that I would no longer be able to use the certificate. My balance remaining on the certificate is $70.00. I will not do business because of this new owner's policies. In my opinion the owner should honor the certificates and keep established-loyal customers. The certificate was a Christmas gift from my husband and his first response was, "they stole my money." It is loud and clear to me that the new owner is unethical. The pedicure was super relaxing, and different than other places. Raquelle was awesome. I went to this place a week after nail salons opened due to COVID. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. I wasn't sure what to expect since there are now safety protocols and regulations in place because of the pandemic. All I can say is that I'm glad I went here! This place was absolutely amazing! It looks like an actual spa! It's breathtaking! This place is appointments only meaning only a specific amount of people can be in the salon. Lee took my temp and I had to sign a waiver. I was then taken to my own little cubicle type area where I was well taken care of by Ruby. I got a lovely hot stone massage, a nice hot tea, and was just enjoying being pampered. After my pedicure, I was taken to another room to get my manicure. I ended up getting the powdered nail polish and gel. Everything was nice, sanitary, and clean. We all had masks on. Only took it off to drink my tea. They had a major color selection which is also a plus. It was just so relaxing! The only complaint I have is that my toe nail polish is starting to come off and it hasn't been a week. My polish on my nails are still good. I'd definitely go back to get pampered again! read more
