First time here and got the VIP Deluxe Pedicure. I did not have an appointment, walked in and was able to get in. You get to pick your color from a book and then they walk you in . They offered complimentary beverages once seated. The people are nice and welcoming and the service is a 10/10. This place is really nice, I liked the seating arrangements. Loved my massage chair it's so comfortable sitting here and getting my pedicure . They have a nice selection of services offered. I had a very disappointing and strange experience here. I came with my girlfriend for what was supposed to be no-chip pedicures, something I was charged for but apparently didn't receive because they said I "didn't need a color," which makes no sense. My pedicure and my girlfriend's were the same price, yet hers took much longer. What made it even weirder was that the person doing hers -- "Mr. Bob" -- did not wear gloves at all, while the beginner tech working on me spent half the time making sure she had gloves on. The quality of both pedicures was poor, and my girlfriend's started chipping shortly after. Overall, not worth the money, not professional, and we won't be returning. read more

I love getting gel pedicures here. They take their time with you and the chairs are very comfortable. I've also gotten full sets of acrylics and fills and been happy with the results. I prefer different nail techs for different things. For instance, some do a better job with artwork. Some do better with French tips. Some do better with the magnetic effects. It might help to let the receptionist know what you are looking to have done and have them recommend who is best. read more

I travel a lot for work and finding a good nail place is hard sometimes. I called HD Nail Spa and booked a same day appt - wasn't disappointed! Fast service, friendly faces and an excellent pedicure. Not only is this nail salon an aesthetically pleasing atmosphere, but they also serve complimentary drinks - classy! My nail technician took her time and did a great job on cuticle care and cutting around my nails. I paid for the Deluxe Pedicure which includes a 12min massage - worth it! This place is def worth checking out if you are in the area. read more

I really hate leaving bad reviews, but it wasn't a great experience. A couple of things to note for management.... if your employee is sick, don't make them work. I didn't enjoy having the tech cough and hack the entire service, and worse they didn't cover their mouth. Very unhygienic! The water was cold. I didn't enjoy the tech speedily rubbing hot stones on my ankle bones, that hurts, it doesn't feel good!! This tech was terrible! When I sat down I said "Deluxe" and pointed to deluxe on the menu. When I checked out they tried charging me for the VIP! When i was asked if i wanted regular or no chip, i said regular, and yet when i checked out he tried charging me for the gel. Unbelievable! I still however left a 25% tip to uphold my end of being a good customer. The ambiance was beautiful however, and everyone else seemed to be enjoying their pedicures so maybe I will come back and try a different tech. read more

Really enjoyed this place last time I was there. Very clean. Love the relaxing vibe and the music. They were so sweet, accommodating and took their time on my pedicure! I will be back. To the nags who are reviewing poorly... If you're going to complain about a place, maybe make an appointment and then show up on time or a few minutes early then you'll have nothing to complain about. I will say, that the ambiance and employees are wonderful. They offer free drinks, which they prepare for you! The downside was that it ended up being the worst no-chip manicure I have ever had. It did look very nice for about a week and a half, but then my nails, not just the nail polish, started breaking off. When all the polish came off, my nails were in horrible shape. They were all breaking (they still are after a month!), and it has been painful. I also got a deluxe-type pedicure. This deluxe-type pedicure that I paid for was, indeed, quite nice at the time. However, and, sorry for the ick factor, my feet weren't scraped at all and I was still left with calloused feet. I will not go back there, sadly. read more

Decided to try a new nail salon closer for me to go to an appointment after work. The atmosphere is nice in there and the front desk woman was nice. When I booked the appointment I chose to pick a nail tech that was listed under being able to do nail design. She was nice and when I showed her the picture of what I wanted she said she could do it. She started to do my nails and after a while a man came over and spoke to her and kept pointing to the picture. I asked her what he said and asked her if he said it was too hard and she laughed and said kind of. I decided to choose something easier though I was a little annoyed since she said she could do it previously. I booked a fill and I was there for 2 hours and I left disappointed. read more

Hands down one of the worst experiences we've ever had. We walked into HD Salon and were told there would be a 40-minute wait. Fine -- we checked in, went shopping, and came back. Not only were they still not ready, but they made us wait another full hour, stringing us along with excuses every time we checked in. Then after wasting almost two hours of our day, they casually told us they couldn't service us at all. My kids were furious, and we were left scrambling to find somewhere else before everything closed -- on a Sunday. Absolutely unacceptable. This place has zero respect for people's time. Lynn that did my nails today at about 10:30 was my appointment I had a mani pedi my pedi was perfect but I give my mani 1 star cause my nails kept breaking she wouldn't really fix them well my mom paid good money and gave lynn a tip well when I went out tonight with my bf and my best friend I went to open my bfs car door and it snapped in half where its bleeding really bad so if lynn can fix it for free or I'll claim a law suit for her service I don't play around with the nail people I get my nails done with u either do it right the first time and not fuck up or u do it wrong and fuck up then its on u cause if this happens again I'll never come back read more

I don't understand why this place doesn't have more 5 star reviews. A few weeks ago I stopped here after I had my nails done by another nail salon...I was upset because they looked terrible. The staff here is so kind and understanding, I was able to get them redone and they looked amazing. The salon is remodeled and clean and let me tell you their lattes are amazing and FREE! I just had a mani/pedi yesterday with Vicky and I couldn't be happier. This is now my go to nail salon! read more

Ugh! I wanted to love this place. But i received a No Chip Mani about a month ago. Prob one of the worst experiences i have ever received at a salon to be perfectly honest. Within 24 hours nails had visible bumps, they were chipping off, peeling at the bottom and looks very messy. The bottom of where my cuticles were peeling so much that it kept getting stuck in my hair. Mr. Bob was the one who did my manicure. He didn't seem very skilled. He was very rushed, forceful and no manners. He seems to be annoyed when he did my manicure. It hurt when he did the manicure and cuticles were sore. There was no technique on how he painted and how he did the actual manicure. He applied thick layers and there is no straight lines and looked extremely sloppy and cuticles hurt by the end. Everything was peeling and looks horrible. He proceeded to tell me his opinion on how I SHOULD get my nails done in terms of color and length when i specifically told him what I wanted. He said "this will look better". He proceeded to speak to his coworkers the remainder of the time in his language very loudly. Will never go back. The place itself is a nice clean place. A company's success is dependent on the success of its employees. Even if they fixed my nails i still would never go back due to the whole experience! Total waste of money and my time. No Chip was completely off within 3 days. read more
