I initially started getting the Hydro Facial ($140 for 60 minutes). My very first appointment lasted only about 50 minutes, and the esthetician did not perform any extractions or light therapy. I wouldn't have even known these steps were missing until my second appointment, when both were suddenly included. That's when I started questioning the inconsistency. After reviewing the service description, I also discovered that a scalp massage is clearly advertised as part of the Hydro Facial. However, I have NEVER received a scalp massage during any of my visits. Not even once! Then I decided to try the Glass Skin Facial ($169 for 60 minutes), hoping for a better experience. Unfortunately, it was even more disappointing! The entire facial consisted of applying products to my face, lightly tapping creams onto my skin, wiping them off, and applying just two masks. No facial massage, no relaxing experience, and absolutely nothing that justified the $169 price tag! To make matters worse, the Glass Skin Facial was advertised as a 60-minute treatment, but I was finished in approximately 48 minutes! That's 12 minutes short of what I paid for. What exactly am I paying almost $170 for? Two masks, some creams, and a treatment that doesn't even last the advertised time? I understand that different facials involve different techniques, but when you're charging premium prices, customers should receive a complete, professional treatment that reflects the price. My biggest concerns are the lack of consistency, the missing advertised services, and the shortened treatment times. Customers shouldn't have to research the service descriptions afterward just to discover what they missed. I've had multiple facials here, and instead of improving, my experiences have become increasingly disappointing. For these prices, I expected a luxurious, relaxing, and results-focused experience. Instead, I received what felt like a basic skincare routine that I could easily do at home for a fraction of the cost. I genuinely feel that these services are extremely overpriced for what is actually provided. Definitely not worth $140-$169. Save your money and go somewhere that provides the full treatment you're paying for!

She was super nice open and made the entire time comfortable. The room was very private and the pain of the hard wax was barely anything compared to sugar waxing. First wax free for first time waxers, the Brazilian was offered at 50% off= $37.50. I would definitely come back. It was clearly less painful with hard wax, seemed quicker, so let's see the results ! (Remember sugar waxing is for sensitive skin cause it's usually only 3 ingredients you can make at home, but the hard wax didn't give me any reaction just normal sensitive redness.
