I live quite far from them but I make the trip because of the quality of work they do. Their prices are competitive with other threading salons and it is clean and efficient. The woman tells me I do, they are just light. She thins them and darkens them. They look great. Suggests eyelash lift!!‍. Sure I'll try anything. I now have eyelashes. Curled. Darkened. I've been getting my eyebrows threaded here for a while, and legs waxed at the nail salon, but now I'm gonna get waxed here every time! The staff was friendly at first but when I was talking to the lady who was going to do my eyebrows, I was telling her I don't want them thinned out or arched any higher and that I grew them out and it was okay if she left hair so it can continue to grow out and she cut me off and said I'll do a clean up and we'll see how you like it. So after everything was done she didn't listen to a word at all I've been trying to grow out my eyebrows for months and she arched them so high and thin. She missed shaped both of my eyebrows they don't even look the same and one is arched high than the other.I feel so insecure to go into public looking awful. I have been with these ladies since before they had this location; not only are they some of the nicest people I know, they are extremely detailed and professional in their work, and have very good prices! I get threaded and waxed, their product knowledge is amazing with the wax. It doesn't hurt at all, and it's super fast. If it's your first or twentieth time getting waxed, this would be the place I recommend! I stopped in as a walk in to ibrow last night for a face wax and eyebrow threading. I didn't catch her name but the woman who performed both services was super professional and friendly. She was super fast with the eyebrow threading and kept mine thick like I asked. She was also very gentle with the face wax. Chatty and kind, I really enjoyed her personality. I like to come here and get my eyebrows threaded. Usually there's little to no wait since there's two of them working most of the time. Quick and as painless as it could be. Sometimes they wipe off the extra bits of lashes on my face, while other times I'm left with specks of hair all over. They like to ask if there's anything else I'd like done, which usually means getting the chin done as well. I feel a little awkward when I decline and they say "are you sure?" more than once. I understand that it's a business and it's important to sell a service, but it's gotten a bit uncomfortable. Otherwise they do a great job!! read more

Not the place for a Brazilian wax. I was desperate and couldn't get an appointment anywhere so I stopped in here. They were very nice and the lady who waxed me was trying her best but I felt like she wasn't very experienced. I had previously gone to a place that used "hard wax" (it was pink and opaque) and it didn't hurt at all. This place used both strip wax and "hard wax" but it was different (blue and less opaque) and the hard wax here was excruciating. She mostly used the strip wax, which didn't hurt at the time, but afterward hurt really really bad. She said I'd feel better that evening, but I was in terrible pain the next morning- I even woke up during the night from the pain. Now I did have a lot of hair growth and next time will make sure to trim more because she said that is what caused the pain, but I had a lot more at the other place I went to and it didn't hurt at all. Not sure how long the pain will last, feels like a rug burn. I had my doubts about getting this type of wax here and I should have stayed away. This is definitely an eyebrow and face threading place only- do not get a wax of any kind. read more
