They have a paper on the wall that says "cash and Zelle tips preferred" . I pull up my Zelle and make sure I'm sending it to the correct person, the lady confirms it's her. As I'm about to send the tip as I'm walking out the lady stops me to tell me she hasn't gotten her tip. I say "yeah I'm about to send it". She then tells me to send it right now. I told her I'm going to, I just didn't want to send it in the shop cause I honestly was only going to give $10($5 for each service). I walk out of the shop and she follows me insisting I send it right there. It rubbed me the wrong way. I ended up not tipping because she was trying to force me to send something that is suppose to be gratuity. I would not recommend this shop. Work isn't worth the price and the staff was not personable.

Then a different person did my manicure and right away seemed like she didn't know how to handle the dremel when trying to take off my old dip polish. Never had such an experience, almost was going to ask to see her license, it was that bad. I sent photos to the salon phone number the next day, never heard back and since the message didn't come back as couldn't deliver, I'm assuming it was a cell number and someone there received the photos.

I got free early from work and try calling them if they can get me in at 3 PM as online it was showing there is availability. I think I should have made an appointment online but to be nicer and to check with them I called them if they can take me in at 3 PM. The person who was answering the call, didn't have any solid reason, she kept making excuses for not to get me in at 3pm. So I told her I will see them at my scheduled time3:45pm, so I can have lunch inbetween. One minute after the call, i get a message that please confirm my appointment at 3:30pm. When I called to ask, person who answered first said that no one moved the appointment, when I said I have messages, she changed her wording quickly and said that they never book 3:45pm on Saturday. When I mentioned My appointment was previously booked in store, she said that my appointment was moved because my waxer is not available and I was informed via text message. Which was straight lie as she was saying and the way she was making excuses. And i told I did not get message. Due to their insincere work ethics and lies to customers, I refuse to go back to this facility. And this is not my first time that my appointments have been played around and they do not take any responsibility, neither apologize for what has been done.

What stood out the most was how thoughtful and hands-on the staff was throughout the treatment. They took extra care to ensure I was comfortable at all times. The scalp massage before the injections made a huge difference--I barely felt the needle pokes, which was something I had been a bit nervous about going in. The environment itself is relaxing and well-maintained. I was also able to watch TV during the process, which helped me stay relaxed and distracted.
