Instead of packing in boxes, all of which I provided, but asked them to bring more, which they didn't, they threw my things in black garbages bags so I couldn't even see what was in them. My furniture looks like it came from a scratch & dent store now. They ruined my television because they didn't put it in the TV box that I bought for it and I also bought three wardrobe boxes which they also didn't use! They wrapped my clothes in dirty moving blankets (which they should have used for my furniture) and threw them in the truck. Hung some of them at the new place, the rest are on the floor. I had my boxes labeled so I knew where to put them...they didn't read what was on the boxes. Now, I have to move boxes which I paid them to do. All around bad experience. Good value for the money, but you get what you pay for!

Repeat customer experience: This is my second time using Cor…read moremovers. The first time I was left extremely impressed and overwhelmingly happy, this is the exact reason I chose Cor to help my moving needs again. My second move ended up being a complete opposite experience and moving nightmare. First off I booked with Dan a month ahead of my move and the date and time was confirmed from 8-9am on Friday. The week of my move Dan called and moved my time to a mid afternoon timeslot which caused major backlog to my day and appointments I had organized/scheduled. Next, the two man team showed up and immediately were surprised that the job was not a 1 bedroom quick move job. I very clearly described my needs to be a 2 bedroom apartment(1st floor, no stairs) move into a single story home I recently purchased. I also had a 5x5 storage unit that I needed to get moved over and was part of the original job and quote. So in recap I had a 2 bedroom first floor apartment and single story 5x5 storage unit 5 minutes away needing to be moved. The movers once again we're surprised and frustrated to show up to a 2 bedroom job after being told by their boss Dan that the job was a quick 1 bed and storage unit move. I know this as they expressed their displeasure multiple times by saying things- this isn't a 1 bedroom, this is going to take us all day, we should have done this job first thing this morning, I dont want to work until 6pm today, etc. This instantly raised red flags and concerns. I reached out to Dan and expressed my concern. He stated that he didn't know where the mixup happened and offered to lower the hourly rate from $115/hr to $110/hr. I do believe most people would've expected something more for such a big blunder. Besides the point now. The two man team continued to work and boy did they try to move as fast as possible. Throughout the initial move out of my apartment I was approached numerous times with decisions of why they couldn't move everything and only wanted to target big stuff. Their reasoning was to make the job faster and to save me money. Unfortunately on the day I moved, it rained for about 45 minutes in AZ. During the process of it raining, I was approached and told why they couldn't do much more and my storage unit would not be moved any longer on the same day. Not only this but their truck was almost full and they couldn't complete moving everything from my apartment either. I was offered the opportunity for them to come back and finish moving my storage unit 4 days later at a cost to me to finish the original job. The truck was full and off the movers went to drop off at my house. During offload my furniture was handled extremely rough. My couch cushion were literally thrown into my house on the floor. You could tell the game was how quickly can we offload and get out of here. They finished offload and I settled up with Dan over the phone. My original quote was a range of $345-575. I ended up paying $770 with a 3% credit card surcharge. On top of a customary tip to the 2 movers for a physical job. Now I have to rent a uhaul truck the next day and finish my move out of my apartment and my storage unit on my own. This will end up costing me more money to finish the original job I hired Cor to help me with all along. I've now inspected and found many problems from the move: -Upon moving my belongings my kids bunk beds were disassembled and parts were lost that doesn't allow me to safely stack them together any longer. -My couches are dirty from the mishandling and lack of care with the cushions literally being thrown around and onto the ground. -one of the legs on my entertainment center was broke and now is unstable. -booksheleves missing hardware -boxes stacked on top of each other without care for weight, heavy boxes sitting on lighter boxes smashing my stuff inside. Now back at my apartment I have damaged floors from the movers as well. Job left incomplete and belongings damaged, parts lost, and belongings spread around. Look at all your moving options. Moving nightmare by Cor movers!

8 minutes ago I paid over $2600 for a move with in five…read moremiles. They told me they were bringing 5 guys, they brought 4. The fourth guy was very sick (during Covid) and couldn't do much of anything. I got stuck paying for the 4th guy and it took drastically longer than it should have because the guy was too sick to do anything. My biggest beef if that the guy dropped and broke my brand new mirror, not even out of the manufacture's packaging yet. I had just paid $315 dollars for it. The owner said he would take it and have it fixed and bring it back the following week. He has ignored all of my calls and messages. The mirror is a Christmas gift and I want the mirror back so I can fix it myself as it cannot be replaced. They also put tape on the front door threshold and I cannot get it off. It was a brand new construction and this is the first thing you see when you walk in my door now. He said he was going to come back and take care of it but again he has ignored all calls and messages for the last 3 weeks. I am extremely disappointed in their service and respectfulness. I treated them very well, tipped them very well, and have been very patient regarding this.

Roof leak was right above the china cabinet, and the wall was bubbled and cracked all the way down to the floor, so I knew the water was under the cabinet and in the carpet for at least 5 days. All the other HomeAdvisor movers quoted me $250 minimums and UP for this 5 min moving job. When Brandon heard my plight, he too had a minimum, but agreed to send his men after they finished their job, because my house was on their way to go to Tempe. He quoted me $75. I said I'll TAKE IT. I was so relieved someone could come in 1.5 HOURS. Brandon called me later and gave me a better time frame. It was more like 2.5 hours later, but they CAME and in five minutes, moved the cabinet from the water damaged carpet and wall. Cabinet was so damaged that brown "mulch" from the rotten disintegrated particleboard fell from the bottom when they picked the cabinet up. We were all appalled, and were examining how soft and crumbling the saturated particleboard was, but I think it can be fixed. Carpet was all stained brown too, but I know someone who could clean that up too. I am SOOO HAPPY Light Brothers bent his rules to accommodate me and resolve my problem within HOURS, and for $75 cash. Thank you so much Brandon and Travis !

The day of my moving date they were running behind with their previous job, but they communicated they were going to be late and let me know when they were on their way. I have a light color couch that I was concerned about getting dirty. They washed their hands and wrapped it up in plastic including a majority of my furniture to protect it. The 2 guys moving everything for me also stopped to drop off some items at my storage unit prior to moving all my belongings into my new home.
