They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. It took them 3 hours 15 mins which cost me over $600. The most upsetting part was the way Candice chose to handle the payment error and my dissatisfaction. I tried to pay by Zelle and her son gave me the wrong phone number. I spent the rest of my birthday weekend stressed out because the payment was going to the wrong person. I told Candice I'd follow up with her first thing Monday morning after I talk to my bank, which I did. I expressed my disappointment with the overall moving service I received. Her response was to state that "I don't think my son's going to forget my number". There's no way her own son could ever make a mistake right? He must be perfect. She also proceeded to threaten me over email stating she will file a theft of service if she didn't receive the payment that day. (FYI a civilian cant file a theft charge, you can only call the police and they choose whether to proceed or not) Not once did I ever ask for a discount or say I wouldn't pay. I simply expressed my experience to give her an opportunity to address the problems. After my bank was able to resolve the payment error I sent the payment to her as promised. Other customers may have had a better experience but unfortunately that was not the way it went down for me. I highly recommend staying away from this company.

She carefully organized, packed, measured and weighed each box so that everything was was ready to be picked up at my front door. Jenny also photographed donations for my records then dropped them off at the donation center for me. Because I had planned on being away for months, Jenny suggested then took photos of my good silver that I was not moving so that I would have it for insurance purposes. Something I had not even thought about. Months later, when I decided to stay longer at at my other home, Jenny helped me once again. She went to my house and found everything on the list I sent her then professionally packed and shipped it all to me. There were many sentimental and fragile items. Everything arrived on time in perfect condition. Most recently, Jenny came to my rescue once again when I decided to sell my home.
