Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. Hired these guys to move my house and was very clear that the most important part was my saltwater…read moreaquarium. They took a look around and quoted me at 150 an hour. They told me they had worked with fish tanks and had moved pool tables before. Later he quoted me 2100 and asked for a 200 dollar deposit. When they came over they were seriously unprepared. To remove the legs from the pool table they asked to use our tools. They didn't remove the slates first and tried to lift it realized how heavy it was and decided to lay it upside down support the weight of it on the bumpers. Due to this they broke two of the bolts on the bumper. I told them I wanted to save the aquarium for last so I could keep my corals in the best condition possible as they need specific parameters to survive. They said they would come back for it after they first loaded the 2 u hauls they had. Even though there half of what we asked them to move was still here (a factor that when I mentioned later he proceeded to yell at me for). My friend Carlos came over to help me remove everything from the tank into bins with water, heaters and air pumps. They came back about several hours later from unloading everything they had in the u huals to the new house. They attempted to move the tank and said nevermind we will come back Wednesday. This was on a Saturday. Both Carlos and I tried to express to them how detrimental a situation they were putting my corals in that I had over 22,000 dollars were worth of corals that would die by then and that is including that it is my personal business as I grow them out and make profit off cutting and selling pieces of them. They didn't care and tried to blame me saying we should have had it down earlier. Even though we explain that it couldn't be for the sake of the fish and corals. He essentially gave me a not my problem attitude about. After that he tried to quote me at 2,900 on top of the 200 and threatened that if I didn't pay that he wouldn't come back Wednesday for my tank. So I paid him that. Later my wife informed me when she took them to the new house that he asked her to go buy them water and when she came back they were just sitting out front ordering Doordash and sat there for a few hours eating what she said looked like chicken and shrimp just talking. On Wednesday they came over to move the tank and even with my 3 stacked vertebrae I ended up having to help them move it because they were having trouble. When we finally got everything together and looked at all the damage we realized they scratched up our china cabinet and table. They broke my sons computer screen. Damaged and outdoor umbrella. They broke one of my wife's Crystal China glasses ( her grandmother smuggled that set out of Austria during World War 2 when she was told the German's were confiscating everyone's things). They broke and very old and valuable Disney Snow globe. They broke the bottom of my fish tank ( luckily it was just cosmetic pieces and not structural.) Lastly all but 4 of my corals had died. I wrote him to inform him of this fact and he just tried to claim our stuff was messed up to begin with and that he was only taking responsibility for the computer screen. When I asked him for his insurance information he just told me to have my lawyer contact him. I went to check to see if the website had insurance information as it said they were insured and suddenly the website was down. After that he blocked me on Facebook.

Darren (the owner) helped me with the reservation based on my needs, and his crew showed at my father's Scottsdale address with great communication...even my father was impressed... The crew then delivered to my place in Chandler in less than an hour... The crew helped me adjust the furniture in their desired place, and I appreciated that given my disability issue. So i noticed the 5 stars they had good ratings so i called. I had a small move. A two bedroom apartment on the 3rd story. I was moving a bed that sits on a frame. 2 dressers, a cubed stand, a love seat a crib, small beauty desk and about approximately 32 boxes. 1-2 hrs in: The movers arrived at my home at 9:48am. Two men in a Silverado with an enclosed trailer in tow. I show them what needs to be moved and they slowly begin. The night prior i moved all the boxes into the living room for East access. About an hr in, i look in my living room and about 7 boxes had been moved. I walked downstairs and asked if they would like water. They said yes and asked if i could run to the store for Gatorades and one mover asked if i could pick him up some food. He offered to give me cash but i advised i would pay. I got back with the drinks, and breakfast sandwiches for both. I walked to the second landing and about 10 boxes were sitting there. NONE OF WHICH WERE IN THE TRUCK. 2-4 hrs. During the 3rd hour i began to get nervous. Most boxes pre stacked and made easily accessible were still lingering. The guys were talking by the truck as my stuff still sat there. I went to my truck and as i was walking back i seen one of my kitchen boxes tumbling down the stairs. My neighbor caught it on his camera as well. On the 4th hr of a two bedroom move they said we are going to need to make a 2nd trip. So we head to the new location 7 min down the road. They proceed to pull up and begin work. They dump everything in the kitchen and random items in the garage. This takes an hour and a half to do. With easy access. 5-6 hrs in. They close the truck and head back to the apartment. The items left are the bed couch and crib,small dresser and beauty desk. They take almost another two hrs with this. I began to carry items down the crib, drawers and clothes to put in my car. I walk upstairs at one point and a mover is going though my cabinet looking for food and drinking my wife's drinks without asking. I have them wrap up there. I left some items behind because i did not want them to take another 6 hours. When we got to the house. I had them unloaded they took my bed upstairs and that was it. I asked them to put everything else in the living room and that was fine. They quoted me 7.5 hrs and said they will take off 30 for all the breaks they had. Total was $823. I was quoted 4hrs worst case 5. Got their money like a dummy and they left. I should have calculated the time. It was only 6 hrs they had been moving my small two bedroom apartment. I left them to go they the money. My friends showed up and said the same hungry fellow was rummaging through my pantry. Bring your own food dude. Aftermath: i noticed immediately boxes were opened and items were broke and damaged. I called the owner, and he was somewhat friendly and game me a $99 deposit back. But as the day went on, more and more items were broke and damaged. I will be following up again on this. But please don't trust the reviews. And if you have anything bigger than a coat closet. I would avoid at all costs. The $99 back was not enough to cover the broken items. I will be following up with the owner unless he wants to follow up with me first. Sorry for the long winded explanation, and i hate leaving this for a small business. BUT I pay for a service that i expected to be completed and charged for the correct amount of time. I would hope they would expect the same thing if this was flipped. And i would have hated to see the time and cost of going up the stairs. The last movers that moved us in. 3.5 hrs for the same stuff the same time of year.BUT... they had to go up the stairs.
