Omg, these guys are all so amazing! I can not believe how particular they were to make everything perfect! They not only hung my 82" tv to perfection, but they had a big job of running wires inside the walls, installed a recessed outlet behind the tv, in order to make it low profile to the wall, cleaned up old wires that were inside the walls, and so much more. These guys deserve their 5-star rating, and then some. Chris was really responsive to my initial inquiry, and we set an appointment for him to come and wall-mount my TVs. On the day of our appointment, he got stuck on a nightmare job, and told me that he wouldn't be able to keep our scheduled appointment. But he was very apologetic and promised he would make up for it. A few days later, he was able to come and install my TVs, and ended up doing a TON of extra work free of charge as a way of making amends. It was an unnecessary gesture, but greatly appreciated, and goes to show you what professionals he and his team are. You do not want to mess around when it comes to mounting your TV, you want to hire the best, and these guys are the best. I've used other companies in the past, but they always cut corners. Not these guys, they came on time, professional, were very careful with my wall and my TV, out the wires in the back behind the wall, vacuumed and cleaned up, made sure the TV was the appropriate height based on my size and our couch and how far we were sitting. Absolutely great service! Our TV installation was perfect. On the back side of our bedroom wall was a brand new shower with all new tile and a cutout. Therefore the TV had to be carefully placed so it didn't go through the tile. They did an amazing job. They took careful measurements and were able to hide all wires and the cable box. They even patched all holes left from the cable guy and cleaned up every speck of dust from the install. These guys are awesome!!! I asked him if I can schedule an appointment and he was able to fit me in that day. When Chris and Emilio arrived they were very professionals. These guys are the BEST!!! i had a 65" Samsung that was sitting on a folding table in my family room that I needed mounted on the wall with the cables hidden. When they arrived Chris checked the viewing height from the couch and around the room to ensure that it was going to be at the best spot from everywhere in the room. Once he found the sweet spot, him and Emilio went to work. Checking several times to ensure that things were level and right where they needed to be. When drilling and/or cutting the floor was covered AND one of them was there with a vacuum the whole time to keep the dust down. Our tv looks amazing just floating on the wall. It is a nice, clean look. Truly an amazing experience. I am now looking for other places on my walls throughout the house to put up a tv as I now know that I have a reliable contractor to call on that will do an amazing job.
