Hawx Pest Control always delivers. I've been with them for about two years now, and I'm completely satisfied with their service. The only bugs I see are dead ones, and it gives me peace of mind to not have to deal with pests. read more

Most recent interaction (with field technician Taylor F.) as usual very professional and even pleasant. Have been a client for years now. And have interacted with multiple staff over that time. And always pleased with the professionalism and attitudes. Knowledgeable, and good communicators. By default great assesors and educators. And aiming to get the job done and achieve high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Also impressed with the equipment and operations. To include phoning into the office to interacting through account internet portal. Everything portays competence. And the end result is that pests management results in having now pests. And along the way happy to enage and find the HAWX team better than average to accommodate much. I am probably a customer for life. read more

Great service. Recently, I've had other Pest companies attempt to sway me to move over to them. As long as the service that I'm receiving now stays the same or better, then we have no issues Thanks for excellent service read more

This was an amazing experience. We were in the middle of a move so things were very crazy. However Chandler came, he listened to our concerns and went to work. He did an absolute amazing job. Thank yon so much Chandler for being the ultimate professional and taking your time to explain everything to my daughter. read more

Hawx salesperson Jackson Green lied to me quoting me 59/month for my existing services which included termite coverage, bait station monitoring and flea/tick/mosquito control. Upon asking about this, he responded that everything would be added to the contract. When I asked about termite coverage the company told me it would be a $600 set up fee and an additional $25 per month. I cancelled and went back to my old services but Hawx charged me a $199 cancellation fee. Awful customer service and business practices. I should have known better and now I do. read more

Excellent service all over! He made sure we were satisfied with everything before he left.

Taylor F. Performed our service and she did a good job. She contacted me about my pets before opening my fence and also serviced the inside as well. I have had this service for over a year and it's about time for them to contact me for a customer service update to make sure I'm getting the best deal possible. I have always had pest control since building my home and I've never had an issue with pest, but I'm not entirely sure it's because of their service. Hit me up HAWX. It's time we spoke about price! read more

Customer service is terrible, I've worked with 3 different pest control companies and their process is by far the most annoying, and I've had the most bugs I've had in 5 years. Cancelling was frustrating, I would recommend several other companies over them read more

So far after a year of service I am happy I chose Hawx as my pest control company. Marquis came and was friendly and professional. He did a thorough job treating both the inside and exterior of my property. We will be continuing to use Hawx for our pest control services. Thank you Marquis! read more

Edwin was great! He made sure to contact us prior to arriving and let me know when and what was being taken care of.

Daniel was very thorough and very professional! I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Hawx!!!!

Marquis was on time and took time to treat my house. I am glad I choose Hawx pest care for my house .

Always on time and lets me know she is on the way and a really pleasant person to chat with!

(I'm in Greensboro, not AZ) For $59/month (which equals $708/year) and a service quarterly, this price is outrageous. Not only that, they schedule a time for them to come - then just come whenever they want! I live out in the country with dogs and autistic children - I require notification if someone is coming into my yard. I notified them of this, and STILL they send people willy nilly. So, I've cancelled my service with them and have gone with a more local service that does inside/outside for $70/quarter. Also - they never once sprayed INSIDE my house. So, what - you just spray the exterior perimeter and trap the roaches and all INSIDE and UNDER my house? Yeah, they suck. Their customer service sucks, too. Tried to talk to them about all this, and their 'call center' has people with no f@cks left to give, basically told me to go shove it. So - I wouldn't ever recommend this company. ( read more

I wish I could say something better about this company, but after they took care of our pest issue inside, nothing was good about this company. We also had the mosquito package for outdoors and that didn't help much. The main issue with this company is their shady sales tactics and practices. We had a year contract and that is fine, but are contract just ended and we did not want to renew, we called a few days before contract was up and tried to cancel. We were met with another push to keep service, which I understand. We declined. We were asked what the issue was and we said the inside issue is resolved, but the mosquitos were still bad, and we just don't want the service anymore. Service person said, he can send someone out to spray one more time for mosquitos, for free. We said we are not home, so no, thank you. Service person says you don't need to be home and it is free. We said ok. Then he tries to sell us a month by month plan, we decline. After that we think nothing of it. Few days later we get charged for the service that was "free". Called back to make sure we are canceled and find out why we were charged, turns out because we didn't call them back the same or next day after service person, so we were charged, which makes no sense whatsoever. If we had declined this last "free" service we would not have been charged $101 We got no refund. So all in all, shady, money grubby company that you should stay away from, shut your door in their face if they come knocking read more

They assured me during the sales pitch that they could treat the interior using essential oils since I have a chemical-free household. But when it came time to do the service, they said they don't offer that service. Wouldn't let me out of the contract since they lied, and then said they would make an exception and do the service. We will see if this happens. read more
