The customer service number I asked the guy where are they located, said they were in Utah. Both customer service representatives sounded like they were from Philippines. Which may have been a coincidence, but in the day and age where companies are trying to get cheap labor and distancing their problems from their image, it would seem like they use overseas customer service services. I scheduled for them to do a rodent visit, since I found mice/rat droppings in my garage. I communicated through their automated message to make sure the agent coming by knows I would not be able to be there at a certain time and would like them to come when I could open the garage. The system said it would pass the message. It is 1145 and the person has not shown up. This morning I called to verify the agent coming would give me a call so I could make sure I am here and to make sure they understood to come early. They haven't called. I doubt they even got the message. If I'm paying for a monthly pest control service I don't expect to be buying rat traps/poison out of pocket. This is unsat!

While reassuring us as homeowners that things could have been a lot worse, they educated us about bats' protected status and why having bats around (just not in our attic) is a good thing to keep down the mosquito population. They also sensitized us to the health hazards posed to humans by bat guano and explained the hospital-grade disinfectant CWH uses once they replace any impacted insulation. Jesse and his colleagues came up with a detailed estimate for materials and labor and a timeline to "exclude" the bats humanely, as well as a quote for an alternative bat box to be installed on our property. We were very satisfied with every aspect of CWH's work from the initial call and consultation to subsequent visits and follow-up. Punctual, respectful of property, very experienced and knowledgeable in their field. Highly recommend!

Have been a Pest X customer for a couple of years. So impressed with their level of service and…read moreprofessionalism that I had them replace all the vents around my home. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete. I remain convinced that Pest X is the "BEST" when it comes to professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the "SAFETY" and "WELL-BEING" of their customer and their property.
