Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Brian and his team re-screened two gable vents with the correct product. They also installed a special snug fitted Roof Ridge Vent Guard around both sides of the Ridge Vent to prevent bats and other animals from sliding underneath and gaining access to the attic.
