I got a call from Sandra saying it had to be rescheduled because of the rain. So, she scheduled it for Saturday, today, between 8a-10a. My husband called me at work and said no one had shown up. So I called Sandra and she told me she wouldn't have rescheduled the Termite Inspection because the rain didn't affect that, and that Cody was running behind for the mosquito treatment. I said, 2 hrs behind and no one calls to let us know and she said we'll I can't help that. So, she basically called me a liar and didn't reschedule the service that I had been told would take place on the initial visit. Of course I canceled the service immediately. Very, very disappointed!!! I would give ZERO stars if it was an option!!!
