However I only gave 3 stars because I have had two incidents where I had to call in and the calltaker or dispatcher is not a Pleasant person to speak with. She continues to cut you off and it's no such thing as the customer is always right. I have a quarterly package with them with free treatment in between if needed. I was last seen 60 days ago. I called for and in between appointment and she was very argumentative about it stating I am do for a treatment at the end of the month. I explained I still want that treatment at the end of the month but would like a treatment in between now and then. She continue to tell me that's not how her system work. She explained if I was saw the last day of feb than since we are in May that's a new charge. I said but it's 65 days not 90. I explained I still want the full treatment in 90 days but wanted a check in sooner. She explained it's an appointment tomorrow but if she send him I will be charged in full. I can tell when I said that 90 days is a quarter she was flustered with the fact that I would not just say okay. Every word after that was her cutting me off in a nice but sarcastic way. They found "evidence of termites", which is actually a mark in the drywall over 5 feet off of the floor. The mark is where something hit the drywall from the outside, and it doesn't even go all the way through. Anyone can see this, even without shining a flashlight on it. We have had to hire a real termite professional to come and confirm that there is no termite damage. Here is the bottom line. I can't see how a professional could be this inept at their job. This seems like an intentional attempt at forcing a home seller into buying a termite contract. If so, that's criminal. On the other hand, they may just know less about termites than I even do.
