They are respectful and professional. They are very patient as well. However I only gave 3 stars because I have had two incidents where I had to call in and the calltaker or dispatcher is not a Pleasant person to speak with. She continues to cut you off and it's no such thing as the customer is always right. I have a quarterly package with them with free treatment in between if needed. I was last seen 60 days ago. I called for and in between appointment and she was very argumentative about it stating I am do for a treatment at the end of the month. I explained I still want that treatment at the end of the month but would like a treatment in between now and then. She continue to tell me that's not how her system work. She explained if I was saw the last day of feb than since we are in May that's a new charge. I said but it's 65 days not 90. I explained I still want the full treatment in 90 days but wanted a check in sooner. She explained it's an appointment tomorrow but if she send him I will be charged in full. I can tell when I said that 90 days is a quarter she was flustered with the fact that I would not just say okay. Every word after that was her cutting me off in a nice but sarcastic way. Like I said before the actual individual that comes out is super amazing and my rating is not a reflection on their services.

We were starting to have a problem, then they came and fixed it. They showed up two weeks later to do it again, but nobody was having a problem anymore. They were really flexible about times too. The guy mentioned that they were a new business, and I always like to encourage small businesses.

Our technician was helpful, and always called us in advance before he came out to make sure our dogs had time to get out. Our lawn was looking great and improving. During the summer, our tech switched to Darian and things went downhill quickly. First the notices started getting shorter and shorter. Our lawn started looking horrible, and the helpful tips they'd put on the service notices stopped. I came home right before one of the treatments and went back outside about 10 minutes later and saw that they were wrapping up a treatment. They weren't there when I got home, and how do you treat an entire 1/4 acre lawn in 10 minutes?!? You don't put out what you're supposed to. You rip people off. This is a horrible company with no customer service when you call. In addition to everything else, we had to call almost every month because we had a charge showing even though we had paid in advance for a full year. Stay away from this company.
