I got a call from Sandra saying it had to be rescheduled because of the rain. So, she scheduled it for Saturday, today, between 8a-10a. My husband called me at work and said no one had shown up. So I called Sandra and she told me she wouldn't have rescheduled the Termite Inspection because the rain didn't affect that, and that Cody was running behind for the mosquito treatment. I said, 2 hrs behind and no one calls to let us know and she said we'll I can't help that. So, she basically called me a liar and didn't reschedule the service that I had been told would take place on the initial visit. Of course I canceled the service immediately. Very, very disappointed!!! I would give ZERO stars if it was an option!!!

Have been a Pest X customer for a couple of years. So impressed with their level of service and…read moreprofessionalism that I had them replace all the vents around my home. Unfortunately, the vents and/or install were not up to standard for my home as the vents continuously fell out leaving my home exposed to pest/animals, etc. After an attempt by a Pest X technician to rectify the problem to no avail, I contacted the regional manager Chuck regarding my ongoing problem. Upon contact with Chuck, I immediately felt heard and confident that he would ensure that my problem was rectified. So much so that he (Chuck) made a personal visit to my home to assess the problem. Not only did Chuck send out technicians to rectify my problem with my vents, he sent out a team to reassess and address any pest issues that I may have incurred due to the problem with my vents. Based on my security feed, these tasks took several hours to complete. I remain convinced that Pest X is the "BEST" when it comes to professionalism, timeliness, and most importantly, the "SAFETY" and "WELL-BEING" of their customer and their property. Any services I have ever had in the past you ONLY paid when the treated. I reached out and told them I needed to cancel because we can't afford the extra $55 a month right now. The sent me a bill for a cancelation fee for over $200! I just told them I couldn't afford $55, what makes them think I can afford $200. The most ridiculous company. I have never had a pest control company like this and I have always used one. Do Not recommend.

He did and gave us the advice to call so someone trained in that area could come out. So we called and someone came within a week. The next day they came to treat our home and we have a year guarantee. They worked with us on a payments. We are now using them to come treat once a quarter outside and inside as a preventative feature.

Today, I got an email reminder about my service on the 23rd, so I called them to ensure I was cancelled.
