We started using Clear Defense Pest Control last year when we moved into our new home. They are responsive, professional and effective! They come quarterly or, as needed and always notify us of our upcoming appointment and, upon arrival, ask of any areas of concern!! This week, Wesley with Clear Defense performed our quarterly pest control treatment and after talking with us, came inside to spray. Normally, the outside spraying addresses all our pests however with fall approaching along with some with access points around the bottom of our doors, we needed a little extra attention. Wesley was polite, professional and took time to protect our floors by wearing booties over his shoes. About six months ago, we had Clear Defense install a preventive Termite Program, which includes a system around the entire perimeter of our home. My husband and I just recently moved to NC from WA state. Let's just say the bugs and rodents out here are a huge change from where we came from! Brandon was right on time, and actually called me to see if he could come earlier in the morning which worked out great since I work from home. He was extremely detailed when he was explaining their services and what exact things we would get with the package we purchased. It made me feel way better about purchasing the monthly plan! He was extremely courteous around the fact that we have dogs, and made sure all their things were moved out of the way. I told him I thought we had a wasp problem- he searched for a nest and didn't find one, but made sure to spray thoroughly in the soffits where he believes they're hiding out. If I could give more stars I would. When my family moved into our rental home in 2020 the house had not had a pest control treatment in years, it was evident. When we walked upon a Wolf spider in my infants room one night, that broke the camels back. I called ClearDefense Pest Control the next day. They were responsive, incredibly nice, good price, and diligent in their work. Now, if we see a crawling critter in our house we are shocked because they have become non existent. We also do our Mosquito management through the company too. Every time I've called and every time they come to my house they are professional, thorough, and respectful. Update as of 8/13/2022 Dakota@ClearDefense came by for my quarterly treatment today. As always, he does a thorough job of treating the outside of the house and is always aware of the previous treatments that have worked to keep some of the pests that frequent our property at bay. I'm happy to say that after a few quarterly treatments, the number of American Cockroaches has diminished significantly. I also had a concern about Yellowjackets that have been patrolling my yard over the last few weeks. Dakota scanned my property for any signs of nests and then spent several minutes explaining to me the nature of the insect and most importantly how to best avoid being attacked. :D I'll continue to request Dakota as my tech. read more

I talked to Pierre about environmental & pet safe pest control for our new home in Youngsville. We just moved and had a TON of insects here. Pierre went thru the details of what was in the product and made me feel at ease! Aaron Rives came out to our place who was also very prompt, super friendly, accommodating with our questions, and annihilated a red ant pile in our yard! He even saw we had a spider infestation and made note of it on our account. I wanted to give a shout out to Travis and Ashley at Clear DefensePest Control! They came out Wednesday May 7 th for a quarterly appointment for inside and to address the outside mosquito's too! Nathaniel with ClearDefense is so professional and polite, he performed our quarterly service and went above and beyond checking our yard and outside of our home in the heat. He was so thorough and spent time discussing issues with me to make sure that he met all of our needs. He found a large hole low in the brick in our house that no one had ever noticed that was a huge problem, I really am thankful that he is so attentive! Nick and Dakota did a great job performing the pest control service around the exterior of my home as well as throughout the inside of the house and the garage. They were both very considerate and polite, explaining at the beginning what they were about to do and asking about any concerns, then at the end reviewing what they had done and verifying that they had not missed any special requests. "Great service! Parcival @ClearDefense was the technician who came out to our home. He was very professional and knowledgeable. We had some concern about big holes on the side of the lawn where the grass was trimmed in our yard. He was able to give me a lot of good information about Cicada killers and put my mind at ease by checking our yard and putting some bug killer in the wholes just in case spiders were using the now empty holes. Finally broke down and had ClearDefense Pest Control come out to spray and get spider webs down. My screened in porch is one of my favorite parts of my house, but not when it has spider webs! Nik W arrived right at my scheduled appointment time and was very professional. He took care of the spider webs and the dirt dobber nests that were being built on the side of my house.
