Clear Defense Pest Control is the best pest control service that we have ever used. The Technician, Nick, came to our home yesterday. We had noticed a few wasps flying around, and we had always had a problem with wasps before this year, even though we used another service. We called on a Friday afternoon and Nick was there on Saturday. Clear Defense tackled the problem and the wasps have been gone! This was the first time that we had seen any wasps this summer and they are once again completely gone. In addition, we use their Mosquito Service and have not seen a mosquito this year. It should be noted that we have a pool in the backyard which the Wasps and Mosquitos loved! Nick came to the door, as usual, to discuss any problems we were having and to ascertain if we had seen any pests in or near our home. He was friendly, concerned that all was going well, and professional. After our discussion, He spend a good deal of time spaying the outside of our home, our garage, and the entire yard, which is over 3/4 of an acre. When finished, he came to the door again, as usual, to explain what he had done, and to call if we saw any pests so that he could come back and take care of them. The service that we receive from Clear defense is exceptional and their Technicians, especially Nick, who has been her on more than one occasion, are the best! We are moving soon to another county and were happy to learn that Clear Defense also services that county. We are also happy that they will soon be starting a termite service in the area and we will definitely avail ourselves of that service. Just had clear defense pest control come out the other day and I was very impressed and pleased with their quality service and effectiveness on fixing my issues. I had a really bad wasp, spider and ant problem. Pretty much bugs in general. Wife was telling me we needed to call someone soon and that same day I believe Alex was his name came knocking on our door. Call it divine intervention or dumb luck but sold!! He explained what was going to be done and what we could expect. I don't keep my hopes up on things in this matter until I see results though. So when their technician Lucas came out he was very professional, knocked and greeted himself very personable and happy. Took the time to reiterate everything he was going to do. He spent a fair amount of time treating the outside of my home and I immediately noticed a difference. The spider webs were gone it did not look completely run over by bugs and I already saw bugs running. He then came inside and treated my baseboards and showed me places where bugs could come in and how to fix these issues. He explained everything that would happen after his visit and leading to the next one. I am very happy and still impressed by this company and the quality of technicians they employ. We have a quarterly pest control service with ClearDefense and their technicians are ALWAYS on time, professional, friendly, thorough and meticulous. Today, I woke up and discovered evidence of mice in my pantry, and I immediately called ClearDefense. Steve answered my call and asked how he could help. I told him what I saw and he first reassured me that this would be covered under my current service agreement (YAY!). He told me that all technicians were booked until Thursday, but after a brief hold, he told me that he himself could come and take care of the issue within the hour. It was evident that he hung up from my call, got the supplies he needed, and left immediately to come to my home. Despite the below-freezing temps outside, Steve did a complete and thorough inspection of my home - inside and out, including the crawl space. After his inspection, he showed me exactly where the mice were entering the house and then told me how he was going to solve the problem. He also gave me tips on how to prevent them from entering again. This is by far one of the best experiences with customer service I have ever had. These guys are amazing and so easy to work with! We have a toddler so I was concerned with product safety for her sake and they explained that the chemicals they use are safe for children and pets. We recently started having an ant problem in one area of our kitchen and so I finally reached out for some help. I called and spoke with Jay on a Thursday and after offering a clear explanation of everything, he booked us in for our first treatment the next Monday morning. Mike showed up on time and was super kind and pleasant to work with despite my screaming toddler thinking he was there to spray her. I'm obnoxious and have a strict "no shoes" policy for the house and he wasn't bothered at all about going to get some boot covers from his truck. He not only treated the inside of the house but also the outside and remove cobwebs, wasp nests, and point out and help with any problem areas that need to be dealt addressed. Before using ClearDefense Pest Control, I was lukewarm about the previous company I had used and was looking for alternatives. Recently signed up for service with ClearDefense based on being a local company that seemed easy to deal with and had competitive prices. What I have been most impressed with is the level of service I have had with the two technicians who performed services so far. Jaylon did the initial service and was friendly and respectful and answered all my questions throughly and offered price saving advice as well. Keon performed my follow up service and was also super easy to work with, listened to my concerns and addressed everything while trying to offer best options available. Super happy with these technicians and the company. It's rare these days to be able to say that and would recommend to anyone in search of a quality pest control company! About a year ago my wife was fed up with seeing spiders mainly in our master bath. A ClearDefense pest control Rep stopped by our house one day so we signed up and spiders are history. They started off with interior and exterior spray the first time and since they have been doing exterior Treatments once a month. They always notify us before they come send us a text and an email and when the technician gets here he checked in to see if we have had any issues since the last visit. Today Zach@ClearDefense stopped by talk to me and I told him we had seen mouse turds in the garage, he said no problem check the garage and set some traps he then did his regular spray around the house including both front and back porches to keep the spiders out along with other exterior trick treatments he does monthly. At the end he checks in with me again and let me know that he set the traps and any other information. We live in the country and there are fields around us so I expect some pets are in there but they really do a good job and have stayed on top of it. highly recommended read more

My husband and I were skeptics- we tried a few different places. But clear defense is now our go-to, and we refer our family and friends. Not only do they come out and go above and beyond- they explain what is happening, why the pests are around, how we can help deter them, what to look out for and they treated every inch like it is their own home! I was used to and kind of expecting either a "Half a$$ job OR have some know it all tell me its my fault mice got into our 1905's home remodel. Instead, I got what I consider Top Tier service and knowledgeable staff. whatever clear defense is doing they need to keep it up and have the other pest control companies pay them to train their people! Less and fewer bugs! caught 3 mice and activity is now gone. cleaned up spider webs and took care not to track dirt into our home, cleaned up everything nice as can be afterward. There is NO better pest control service in Greensboro! We have used them for several years and have seen a dramatic decrease in pest in the home, as well as aggravating pests in the back yard when I am trying to relax. Well worth the cost and my time to write a reivew. Today, Nick (from Clear Defense of Greensboro) came to the house and provided a complete pest assessment in the home (had more than a normal amount of flying insect in the home and could not identify why). He provided remedies in the home and reinforced piece of mind that there would be no further on-going issues with flying insects. Nick also provided a complete coverage of our front and back yard with their awesome mosquito treatment (safe for our dogs, but does not allow mosquitoes to survive and reduces numbers of future generations). The service was well executed and restored piece of mind that I will be enjoying the back yard tonight with no mosquitoes getting to me. ClearDefense is an awesome company- I've been with them almost a year. They're nice, understanding, and in my case they helped accommodate me in when I really needed it. I really love that they let me know that they're real people who understand things happen...that's rare now a days. Brandon came to my property yesterday for the initial service and he did a perfect job. I contacted the Clear Defense office on a Saturday morning and received a return call shortly after. I explained my needs and made an appointment that accommodated my work schedule. I was emailed a confirmation of my appointment and the technician called me before arrival. Graham was my technician and he got right to work on the outside. After treating the inside, he explained what he had done and explained how the follow ups I had asked for would be handled. He was thorough and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I received after the service emails explaining my service for today, what products were used and information on future appointments. I was very pleased to get someone to come out and keep our appointment as promised as that has been an issue in the past with other services. Clear Defense customer service is excellent. Jacob at ClearDefense Pest Control arrived early to an emergency treatment for a humongous ant invasion, asked a few questions to make sure the service met all our needs, and immediately got to work. We have a large home and it took him very little time to thoroughly spray it's perimeter. While working, he explained what he was doing, what to expect from the service such as timing and what would be done at each visit, how to contact the company and what to expect of the pests and an elimination timeline. Overall, we got a very-quickly booked meeting to respond to an urgent need which made us feel like service is quick and reliable. Although I am a new customer, what I have observed thus far makes me think this business and its employees has their proverbial ducks in a row. Although I cannot comment on the effectiveness of their services (because I only had my first treatment today), the guarantee that comes with their services gives me confidence I won't have any issues. The two people who came to talk with us (they showed up unsolicited, and let me be clear that such unsolicited offers almost always get turned away from me) were never pushy at any point and explained everything to us clearly. After a horrible 2 days of rain, Christian @ ClearDefense came out and treated the house inside and out. I had seen 2 centipedes in the house in 2 weeks, he came out 2 days later adding the inside of my house and did a great job. Professionally wore covers over his work boots, was courteous and asked if there was anything else he could do while he was here. Christian answered some questions and gave clear and concise answers but never rushed me. I'm glad I switched to ClearDefense, the others just couldn't get it done, and the price for the service received is more than worth it. We use Clear defense often and I'm thoroughly impressed. I was not aware they handled mice issues and I called another company this morning as we discovered an issue this morning in our kitchen. The other company was not very responsive told me someone would call me back (which they still haven't) and I remembered clear defense does our bug check quarterly so I gave them a call! Jay answered the phone and was very friendly and professional and i asked when his soonest appointment was that I was concerned with my issue and wanted it gone sooner rather than later.. he promptly said I will head over now to which he did! .Clear Defense Pest Control tech Zach H. did an incredible job during his service today. He was thorough and detailed in his application of applying the spider control dust to my window casing with the extended spider web brush. We have been experiencing an issue with mini-milipedes crossing our driveway and attemping to migrate into the house through our garage. Zach took the time to investigate the origin of the milipede issue, and he was able to ascertain that the milipedes were using the deep cracks inbetween the driveway slabs. Zach sprayed the cracks and we proceeded to see hundreds of milipedes squirm out of the cracks and proceed to die. It's our hope that the product Zach used will continue to eliminate future milipedes who use the cracks as a milipede transportation highway. read more

We started out with Clear Defense last month when a sales guy came door to door. I was very skeptical as I am with all door to door sales people. Well we decided to go go ahead with the initial service appointment and then from there it would be quarterly. I will admit I was not at all impressed at the beginning. We had to call them back out several times. However, the Customer Service has been amazing and the owner has even called personally and has promised to make things right or they would refund. Today Nick B and Cory from Clear Defense came out and they were very thorough and professional. We've been using ClearDefense for about 2 years now, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Whenever I call in to the customer service line, they are so kind and helpful which I really appreciate. Today I had the pleasure of having Adam as our tech, and he was WONDERFUL. He arrived on time, and was super courteous and really listened to the concerns I had- especially about the wasps trying to burrow under our vinyl siding for the winter. He took extra care to spray and clean things very thoroughly, without getting it in the areas I specified. He also gave me extra glue traps which was so nice! Our family has used Clear Defense for the past three years and have been nothing but completely satisfied. Nick White conducted our quarterly service today and as usual each fall we experience a very high number of spiders-this year seemed to be much worse. Nick went above and beyond to ensure our issues were resolved and would not continue going forward.
