This never happened. Can not reach anyone at their main company by phone unless you state you're requesting new work. We talked to someone on the "new work" line two separate days, and each time we were told someone would call us in 24 hours. Didn't happen. I tried reaching out to technician again, who stopped answering calls or texts. All we want is accountability for work and services done, and honoring of warranty. To achieve such goals we are having to call wildlife commission and seek assistance from an attorney. Critter Control took our money and ghosted us. I would not recommend this companyto anyone under any circumstance.

He found no termite activity and said the stair damage was from wood rot/water damage. I really appreciate the time he spent inspecting the house and explaining what he found, especially since he didn't charge anything for the inspection. What really impressed me was that he didn't try to push me into buying a treatment or maintenance program. He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. They also ignored my messages about service: a) "do not come until we arrange a day and time for inside house.). b) "use your natural pest control products..... not those with carcinogenics". C) and again "stop service". Big disconnect. They keep coming. They keep charging. They keep using dangerous products. I hired another company in 2023: Carolina Pest Management. Brian and his team re-screened two gable vents with the correct product. They also installed a special snug fitted Roof Ridge Vent Guard around both sides of the Ridge Vent to prevent bats and other animals from sliding underneath and gaining access to the attic.
