After calling Terminix and GoForth, Orkin is the best value for the money (not to mention no 12-month contract) but I do not advise this company if you do not have a flexible work schedule. I had to rearrange 2 of my work days for this with no results. I gave 3 stars because the service is very good if it is compatible with your schedule. If I worked from home (which many do now due to COVID) or made my own hours at work, I would probably be a customer.
