This was understandable but I wished he or the office would've let me know that rain affects this so we could have chosen a different day from the start (or rescheduled first thing that morning). We rescheduled for the next business day and he never showed up. No call, no text/email, and I even called the office who contacted him, to no avail. Felicia in the office was apologetic, kind, and helped us close our barely opened account after I called a second time. After calling Terminix and GoForth, Orkin is the best value for the money (not to mention no 12-month contract) but I do not advise this company if you do not have a flexible work schedule. I had to rearrange 2 of my work days for this with no results. I gave 3 stars because the service is very good if it is compatible with your schedule. If I worked from home (which many do now due to COVID) or made my own hours at work, I would probably be a customer.

When I explained what had happened, he just said, "Umm hummm... I will let them know". He didn't apologize, or acknowledge that was wrong, or anything. And they never did get rid of the ants.

He gave me some options for preventative treatment, if I so desired, but didn't push me to have anything done. Just said to let him know if later I decided I was interested in doing something. I watched as he left after about 3 minutes. I then called the service desk yo cancel, only to be yold that my original contract had been terminated and that in March i had signed a new 18 month contract (shame on me for taking the word if the tech on only adding a treatment and not reading what i signed). We spoke on a Monday morning and he had a technician scheduled for Wednesday afternoon. Loved the quick turnaround. I was traveling on Wednesday but left the house prepared for the technician and a key for entry. They had my phone number if there were an issues, but none arose. Normally they ask for the home being empty for 6 hours. Since I was away, I'd be gone for 24 and let them know they could really blast the place. :) My technician was Tyler and he did great. When I returned, I ventilated the space and followed the after-care steps (mostly regular and routine vacuuming). It's now been a week since the treatment and, best I can tell, the fleas are gone. I'd definitely work with Pest-X again.
