After scheduling the initial visit, a tech showed up after it had just begun raining and said he would need to come back to do the job right (rain will wash away outside treatment). This was understandable but I wished he or the office would've let me know that rain affects this so we could have chosen a different day from the start (or rescheduled first thing that morning). We rescheduled for the next business day and he never showed up. No call, no text/email, and I even called the office who contacted him, to no avail. Felicia in the office was apologetic, kind, and helped us close our barely opened account after I called a second time. After calling Terminix and GoForth, Orkin is the best value for the money (not to mention no 12-month contract) but I do not advise this company if you do not have a flexible work schedule. I had to rearrange 2 of my work days for this with no results. I gave 3 stars because the service is very good if it is compatible with your schedule. If I worked from home (which many do now due to COVID) or made my own hours at work, I would probably be a customer.

I told her I wasn't expecting her. She said that she didn't have the right number to call. I called Orkin and told them I don't ever want her to come to my house again! Under no conditions are you to ever treat a customer in such a manner! I am the customer! When I called Orkin to complain, the Manager was very dismissive with me. When I explained what had happened, he just said, "Umm hummm... I will let them know". He didn't apologize, or acknowledge that was wrong, or anything. And they never did get rid of the ants.
