David takes his time, points out details, and explains everything. He's honest, early to appointments, very easy to work with and his reports come back within 24 hours. He'll also point out whenever an engineer or other professional is better suited to determine a potential issue. One example of David's thoroughness was that he found an issue with the electrical when he turned on two of the broil features in the oven. I hadn't seen an inspector to do that before. He strikes a fine balance of doing his job, while still respecting the builder. David takes many pictures and maintains that once you work with him, he's available to answer any questions. His wife, Billie Jo, is also great to work with, handling the administrative side. We would definitely hire David Jones again.

Buzz Termite & Pest Control is Dynamic!…read more I highly recommend Buzz Termite & Pest Control. The company has been in business for 20 years and is licensed and bonded. My story: Termites just entered my garage and I was alarmed. Tedd, the owner of Buzz Termite and Pest Control came right out to inspect my property free of charge. He emailed me a quote to drill termicide liquid treatment into the garage and porch slabs and to trench and treat the foundational perimeter. He explained everything and answered my preliminary questions and my questions sent via text after our initial inspection. We set an appointment to remediate the termites for today, April 21, 2021. He was punctual, professional and prepared to get the work done right!. He and his team went right to work. He drill holes as outlined above. He placed the termicide into the holes and later filled the holes with plastic plugs that were ultimately hammered flushed with the slab. He also trenched and treated the foundation all around the house with termicide. He placed termicide foam in the wall that had termite activity. The treatment will last 10 years. BUZZ Termite & Pest Control treatment comes with a full warranty and the full treatment and annual fee are significantly less than other companies. Tedd walked me through what had been done and answered all my questions. He was kind, gregarious and very respectful. He was affordable and significantly less than the highly advertised pest control companies. His integrity, work ethic and genuine desire to ensure me that the termites were eliminated asap is the reason why I felt compelled to share this recommendation. Sometimes you interact with a business and you can't hold your peace about how well they fulfilled the work at a fair and honest price. Listen: I can sleep better tonight because this problem is handled. My anxiousness regarding how to get rid of the termites is now eradicated!! Buzz Termite & Pest Control did a dynamic job and you should call them NOW!! If you need termite remediation or pest control contact Buzz Termite & Pest Control. Tell him I sent you. Call or text Tedd if you need his assistance at 704-506-6013. You can also call the business line at 704-568-7777. Payment methods: Zelle, PayPal or Venmo

When I told my Realtor who I'd chosen she said she was familiar with them and uses them herself which also made me feel confident in my choice. Derrick Davis came to our house and spent over 2 hours going over every nuance of the place. He checked all of the items I had on my mental checklist and was friendly and efficient while doing so. At the end he explained what he saw and how we'd get the report via email. I got the report the same day and was delighted to see how in-depth it was! It included clear photos with arrows pointing out the exact issues. I was impressed when he said they'll also let us know about appliance recalls moving forward and that they also offer a 1 year limited written repairs reimbursement guarantee. I was surprised to learn that they offer these ongoing services and warranties. It really solidified my decision on spending over $400 for an inspection solely for my own knowledge. (I'm involved with a short sale deal where the seller makes no repairs regardless of what's found during an inspection.) I believe I made a good decision in using HouseMaster Inspections; I'm now MUCH more informed about the home I plan to purchase which allows me to sleep better at night. Thanks Derrick!!
